Calling and speaking with customer service was a dream, they happily confirmed availability, shipped out color swatches and sent a quote so the order was saved and could be easily submitted once the color was finalized. I place an order online and Jeff Reddick followed up to make sure I was getting what I wanted based on a previous purchase. How he knew I don't know, but he adjusted my order to get me exactly what I wanted and it also created a refund because of the change. You don't get this kind of service very often. Thank you.

It was a very easy process to order and submit using our tax-exempt status. I called Shawn and he was great! Since I had the items in a cart, I was able to provide the reference # and he could take care of my status right away.

This is my 3rd desk that I’ve bought from this company. They are of great quality and better than most other companies product. My drawer unit was crushed, most likely, by FedEx.

I called and spoke with Sean Willis. He reviewed my dilemma, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent another unit free of charge. It wasn’t the companies fought because I’m almost positive FedEx crushed it.

My replacement came in the matter of days and I am 100% satisfied. You don’t get this level of great customer service much these days.
