Wait time was unacceptable. Told one thing and received the items 3 weeks later.
2 of the side boards for the shelf was cracked and received a door that didn't go with the bundle.

Someone actually answered the phone when I called. Answered all my questions and had information that I didn't think to ask about. Got my order placed right away. Shawn was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a very difficult time getting in-room delivery arranged, shipping companies kept canceling as soon as they found out they had to go inside due to their Covid policy.
After many attempts, OfficeFurnature2go managed to find a group of delivery men who were men of steel. The table is beautiful and of high quality. Well worth the wait and they were extremely frustrated with the situation as well.

I ordered a desk on March 1. They promptly charged my credit card. I am still waiting for the desk. The original delivery date was March 24-April 5. Then Week of April 11. After the last call, it is the week of April 18.

Customer service was polite. Each time I called to check on the status, they were very friendly as they told me an even later date.

As I said earlier, before writing this review, I was told the desk would arrive on the 18th. OfficeFurniture2go responded, apologizing for the delay, but also gave an updated date of the week of the 25th.

The desk finally arrived on April 27th. I did get an email on the 25th that said it was being delivered, but what I didn't realize is I had to click on the tracking button and read a comment that said, I had to call a number to setup the actual delivery date. I only found out when I called on the 26th to find out the status since they missed the 25th and they told me what I had to do.

If the delivery was made on time, I would probably have given a 5 star rating. The desk is well built and packed well so there were no issues. The main problem was lack of communications. Each time it was delayed, they should have contacted me, even if by email so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of contacting them. There are other furniture companies saying they can deliver it in a week with a warning saying there could be delays. It's sad when a company feels they must mislead someone in order to get a sale.

The last order I made was on December 2021 ,they told me that in April
they will send my conference table with 8 executive chairs, and on April
Fool day ( first day of April ) arrived my beautiful set for our Office.

OfficeFurniture2go was very easy to work with. As a non-profit organization we needed to provide certain information and they answered the phone immediately and assisted me with my purchase on the spot. Would highly recommend them to others.

Easy to navigate, Great Products, Fast Shipping.

I find it difficult to provide a review on products we have not yet received. The purchase process is easy, but shipping is very slow. We placed our order on February 10, 2022 and received notice on February 25, 2022 that our order shipped. To date March 16, 2022, we have not received our order and the tracking number given is not recognized by the shipping/tracking softwear.

It's been quite a while since I have received the level of Customer Service that I had just experienced with Shawn. He was extremely helpful with the entire process for my companies reception area's design & expansion.

I am not one to typically leave bad reviews but this experience was especially terrible. From the start, I received no confirmation email for my order and had to call three times to confirm it was actually placed. Then, the delivery date was changed twice, pushing delivery months back than expected. When my boss' new desk finally arrived to our office, the packaging was damaged (with some pieces without a box) and the delivery man was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He refused to assist with carrying up any of the extremely heavy desk pieces to our office suite despite the fact that he had a dolly with him and we had reserved the freight elevator. I was forced to take the boxes off of the dolly and take the furniture up / carry it all into our own office by myself and injured my back in the process. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from OfficeFurniture2go in the future.

Ordering is easy and the customer service is great! I love the feature where customer service can see what's in my cart while assisting me. Delivery is fast too!

Amazing customer service and shipped REALLY fast! Only thing I would say is pay attention to whether the furniture you want is already assembled or READY to assemble!

I have done a few orders now with office furniture 2 go. I deal with Shawn Heyer. Shawn is fantastic always going above and beyond. An example is ensuring an office chair will fit under a desk etc. He works feverishly to tend to the clients needs and is honest and open. I will be referring others I know their way.

I needed new office furniture after we moved ... My daughter-in-law, experienced in assembling furniture said that she'd love to assemble it for me, so she and I picked out some furniture and ordered it!

After seeing my new office put together, I'm VERY impressed with the quality of workmanship on my office furniture! It's perfect!
