I had a PC that was running on Windows 7 and it gradually stopped working as it should! So, I purchased a Windows 10 Software Key from Softwaregeeks and updated without hassle at all. I even got to keep all my documents and such. Very impressed. The checkout process and information supplied from them was spot on. I will purchase again should the need arise! Thank you!

Definitely a Scam
All evidence points to this being a fraudulent website. Don't waste your money.
edit: confirmed with Microsoft key is garbage. Website also blacklisted on most company firewalls apparently. Selling maybe 2nd hand OEM licenses if you're lucky, probably worthless numbers if not.

Svar fra Office-365
Hi Ryan,
We have been talking to you explaining that you are using the license on a different OS than the one for which these were purchased. Microsoft likes to mess up resellers reputations.
We are still awaiting a reply from you showing which is your current OS installed, but the images you sent us clearly state the license is not being used on 10 PRO.
There are not even OEM licenses! Almost something to laugh about as Microsoft did not even tell you these were Retail for 1 PC (we can prove that)
These are the reasons why we state MS does not support licenses they do not sell.
Regards,
Great support and easy to work with!
Had an issue with the key however they worked with me and resolved it quickly even though it was over the weekend. I appreciate all the help.

Hi JD,
We have contacted you to resolve. Please note our support team works Mondays through Fridays.
In our instructions we state that if you get the option to use the automated phone system, you must use it. In the screenshot you sent, you have that option shown.
Please correct review accordingly as this is also mentioned in our instructions, which of course were not read carefully.
Regards,
Excellent experience
