Ordino un paio di occhiali,oltre ad arrivare senza QR code per la verifica dell’autenticità mi accorgo subito che il codice del modello che ho ordinato è giusto sulla bolla sulla scatola ma all’interno trovo un altro paio di occhiali,stesso modello ma codice diverso quindi differente nel logo e in alcuni altri dettagli.
Comunico tutto ciò all’assistenza e mi dice che hanno fatto le loro verifiche e che va tutto bene per loro…
Io mi ritrovo con un prodotto che è “simile” a quello che ho ordinato e loro dicono “ci dispiace”
La cosa grave è non trovare il certificato di autenticità.

È roba che costa tanto ma non vale niente! Ho acquistato una tracolla da uomo pagata circa 700 euro. È stata tenuta circa 2 anni nell'armadio poi ho deciso di usarla. Dopo 6 mesi è ceduta la pelle (finta) del bordo della tracolla rischiando di perderla per strada. Ho contattato per una riparazione il negozio dove l'ho acquistata (boutique Fiacchini a forte dei marmi) il quale mi dice che non tengono più il marchio quindi di contattare il customer service... Contatto il customer service e mi dicono che loro non possono fare niente perché è un acquisto fatto in negozio e non online ... insomma neanche pagando mi possono riparare la borsa. Questa è la serietà del marchio. Non comprerò mai più niente di Off White.

Piumino giallo e nero reversibile regalato a Natale, lavato a fine stagione seguendo le istruzioni indicate sull’etichetta. Il colore nero ha stinto e ha macchiato tutta la parte gialla: capo inutilizzabile. Pessima azienda con assistenza clienti inesistente. Dopo circa tre mesi dalla mia prima mail mi hanno risposto oggi che l’azienda non può fare nulla perché non sono stata in grado di comunicare il nominativo del negozio in cui il capo è stato acquistato (trovo di pessimo gusto chiedere ora a chi ha fatto il regalo dove abbia acquistato il capo). Capo da oltre 1000 euro da buttare. Pessima qualità, pessima azienda.

I ordered two items, cargo pants and shorts. I received cargo pants but not shorts. Instead I received random T-shirt. When I contacted customer service they asked me to send photos from all angles, tags and box. No acknowledgment that I have received incorrect item and how this may be rectified. Five emails later (it needs to be in pdf) I received a confirmation that I need to arrange a currier to return an item and use return proforma and commercial invoice. No explanation how will this work considering that T-shirt isn’t on the invoice (and clearly I will not receive shorts which were birthday gift for 14 year old). Considering poor customer service and issues so far I strongly believe they still don’t understand the actual issue with sending the wrong item. Will not use again, too expensive and poor customer service

I recently purchased a pair of sneakers from the website, the sneakers were $631 dollars (tax included). Several days later, I received an email from UPS saying that they attempted to deliver my sneakers but I was unavailable and that I needed to pay for delivery! It turns out that I was being charged $900.72 for DELIVERY!!!! I reached out to Off-White customer service (via email) because they don’t have an 800 number, and I was told the delivery fee was due to new tariffs! It’s been a few days and I still have not received a refund of the money paid.

I ordered a pair of Off-White "Be Right Back" sneakers, but when I received the package, they were missing. Instead, I only found bags and a bottle inside.

I immediately contacted customer service, providing photo evidence and requesting an investigation. After my claim was initially denied, I insisted on my consumer rights and demanded concrete proof from their side (e.g., packaging footage). Despite this, Off-White closed my case without a solution, claiming the shipment was correct but failing to provide any solid evidence to support their decision.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially from a high-end brand. A customer service team that refuses to take responsibility for such a serious issue is simply unacceptable. Buyers, beware!

I have ordered one pair of Virgil Sunglasses from off white. At point of delivery, i have recieved the package but without the sunglasses inside. Raised a claim imediately with off white. After 1 month later i have recieved an e-mail that the package was delivered and they cannot make any refunds. Very frustraiting experience, as i clearly explained that i am contesting that the package was not delivered but the missing content of it. They seem to be very DENSE people.
Word of advice for future customers. Try to avoid ordering online from them. For as good and nice theyr products are, you are at risk that if you will experience same thing as i, you will end up paying for thin air inside a box.
Absolutely horendeous experience!!!

I purchased a pair of Out of Office trainers through Flannels online, they have been worn a handful of times, the fabric around the insides of both shoes has started to disintegrate, Flannels contacted Off White who said that I have used a hard brush and harsh detergent to clean the shoes and have ruined the leather, this is completely untrue, it's my word against theirs, if they inspected the trainers it's clear they have not been cleaned with a hard brush and detergent, I will be taking this up with a 3rd party as Flannels are unwilling to honor their 1 year guarantee, disappointed but not surprised after reading other reviews of Off White on Trust Pilot.

Esperienza orribile non comprerò mai più nulla di questo brand e sconsiglio a chiunque di farlo. Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da Sole sul sito ufficiale , arriva la consegna che non ti dicono dal loro sito al momento dell’acquisto che verrà gestita da Farfetch ed ecco la sorpresa : il pacco contiene tutto meno che gli occhiali da sole : c’è la custodia , c’è la pezzuola per pulire gli occhiali , tutto originale ma non ci sono gli occhiali .
Denuncio subito al servizio clienti ma è tutto inutile , dopo un mese mi viene detto che a loro la consegna risulta effettuata (vero mi hanno consegnato un pacco senza l’acquisto) LADRI!

I have not had good customer service, I did not receive responses from the provider and being a page with so much prestige, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have had a very big mistake, such as sending a product in poor condition, and it seems that they didn't care. Talking to them has been complicated since they didn't usually respond to messages immediately and they haven't given me any facility to send the next product. , I had to look for myself to have the order on time

Ordered a pair of off white sneakers from their website and was utterly delighted….. came from Italy in a week… perfect fit… super comfortable and very cool…… had read other reviews and was a bit worried…. But I love them

Ho acquistato un portafoglio per mio figlio 20 giorno si è screpolate la pelle. Ho reclamato dopo 4 mesi mi hanno detto che non c'è rimborso .per favore mi aiutata a far condividere questo messaggio .così la gente capisce .che una azienda poco seria .

Mio figlio acquista un paio di snakers a polacchino nel negozio OFF-WITHE all'autlet di serravalle la vigilia di natale 2023 pagandole 500 euro,le indossa 3 volte e la suola di una scarpa si crepa, la prima settimana di gennaio ci rechiamo al negozio di Serravalle, dove ci viene consigliato di mandare delle foto della scarpa danneggiata che ci avrebbero pensato loro a girare il reclamo all'assistenza, dopo circa un mese ci rispondono che non possono fare nulla perche' la scarpa si e' rotta x l'uso ....indossata 3 volte x circa 4/5 ore a volta, ci rivolgiamo all'associazione del consumatore ADICONSUM e prendono loro la pratica scrivendo al negozio di Serravalle, stessa risposta gia' avuta, e' colpa di mio figlio che le ha usate, doveva metterle in una teca di vetro...
non comprate scarpe e accessori di quella marca,costano un occhio e valgono "0"....soldi rubati.

Borsa off white in “pelle”, durata due mesi utilizzandola solo il weekend ogni tanto, tutti gli angoli rovinati, pelle consumata e staccata dopo nemmeno 15 utilizzi!! Borsa da 1500 euro durata meno di quelle prese da SHEIN 😒

off—white Brand, I suggest that you all look for the vendor’s products else wear instead of ordering from the website itself , because off—white , wants you to be a home to sign off on a $35 dollar item.. ( in my eyes $325) I work for a living. I am not taking off work to be at home to sign an item that’s not even worth over 1k. I get items shipped from Balenciaga, gucci , etc over 1k and I don’t have to sign for it and if I do, the hassle isn’t like how off—white sets their shipment up. I suggest you order from Saks, Nieman, Bloomingdale’s , Nordstrom if you want a product from off—white!
