Great service and great product
Your customer service by email and phone was fantastic. Prompt replies, accurate information. The product, Super Hybrid Mini LED worked with the existing ballast as advertised, the color and brightness were also as advertised. I was 100% satisfied.

Helping those who help
We are a nonprofit that serves adults and children with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to improve their skills and quality of life. Due to the complexity of funding in this sphere, we run on a very tight budget. This was a wonderful opportunity to save much-needed money on our lighting needs. At first, it looked "too good to be true." Once we realized it was a legitimate grant, we jumped at the opportunity.

Customer Service is awesome!
The customer service was amazing. Almost immediately upon my sending an e-mail complaining that my free lights did not work I was contacted and a refund of my shipping fee is in process. It is sad that the lights don't work with my fixtures but Matt and OEO Energy Solutions are great to work with.
