We have worked with several pin companies before, but the service we received from Chelsea in particular was above and beyond. The artist on their end took every suggestion our student artist had and was able to create a product that was exciting, different, and just a stunner! They were affordable, prompt, expeditious in completing the job, and easy to deal with from a public school side of accounting! Would recommend them 100 times over!

It has been a pleasure to work with Metro Pins on our medallion projects. Our national breed club, the American Whippet Club, was in search of hard enamel medals to award to the winners of our Supported Entries in 2024. For many years our Club had given out beautiful hard enamel medals with our club logo, but in the mid-2000s we became unable to find them and had to resort to presenting cheap and tacky plastic medals, which pleased no one.

I did an internet search for hard enamel medals one day, thinking I would never find them, and up popped Metro Pins. I had one of our Club's artists design a new medal to MPs specs and in short order we had new Supported Entry medals that were the talk of the Club. Everyone wanted to win one!

My experience with Metro Pins, first with Tiffany and then with Chelsea for our most recent order [new title medals], has been a pleasure from start to finish. The ordering process is seamless and simple, communication has been top notch through every step of the process, and the medals have been received quickly and in each case have been prefect - perfectly lovely - no typos - packed and shipped to prevent damage - all in all, a great experience.
