Received promptly, so that was great. The installed product however not at all what I perceived it would be. Barely usable as mostly under the body of truck with little usable step assistance.

My side step rails are amazing. They look great on my truck. Had a few concerns and they replied and responded quickly. Definitely recommend Oedro!
The tow mirrors are definitely a solid upgrade for these trucks. There is a little shake in the glass when driving at highway speeds, and the adjustment motors for the top mirror seem to hit a stick... Vis mer

Product fitment failed
Purchased an under seat storage box which does not fit correctly. When placed it does not align with bolts.
Contacted customer support and was asked to include a pic of issue.
I returned a video of installation and how the product does not align.
Was asked for a pic of Box and a pic of issue again.
Thank you for providing the video and VIN number.
Based on the VIN information you provided, we found that your truck was manufactured in Mexico.
Unfortunately, our products are only compatible with trucks manufactured in the United States. They are not compatible with trucks manufactured in Mexico or any country other than the United States.
We understand the inconvenience this fitment issue has caused. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a $30 partial refund if you are willing to keep the product.
Please let us know if you would be willing to accept the $30 partial refund, and we will proceed accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
Royce

It's good products
I purchased bed covers for my Ford Maverick 2026 and also weather mats for the whole set—front, back, and trunk. They are good quality, easy to install, and shipping was fast. It's worth it.

They don’t FIT!
I ordered floor mats and they came quickly. But they didn’t fit! I did everything correct, the problem is clearly on their end and they won’t provide a return shipping label….
How do they expect the customer to pay for their mistakes?
I don’t recommend doing business with Oedro!
