Increases Prices Mid-Contract.
A midway 3, as we are in the middle of our "contract" and here you are increasing prices in the middle of said "contract".
Nobody likes companies who increase prices in the middle of a contract.
Of course, my star rating could improve, but it can also worsen, depending on how many more times you will increase prices mid "contract" and how difficult it will be to get out your very iffy, rather smelly old "contract!
Cheap but lots of drop outs, poor router and inconsistent service
Octaplus is one of the cheapest full fibre offerings and does benefit from rapid speeds, however, we frequently had drop outs lasting a few minutes to hours throughout our year’s contract.
It really was a mixed bag - when it worked it was fine but the drop outs were very frustrating. Customer service was sometimes good but often seemed hit and miss, like there wasn’t much organisation within the company.
I wouldn’t go back to Octaplus.

Terrible Support
If you work from home & require an Internet connection, don't bother.
Support is awful, 2 phone calls & 14 emails over 5 days & still no idea when we will have Internet restored, despite constantly pointing out the urgency.
Just buck passing & a complete lack of ownership of the problem.
Very good technical support when required.
Recently upgraded to their 1.2Gbps package. Staff generally seem very knowledgeable regarding technical support.
Had issues actually receiving an upgraded router, I'd fallen through the cracks, apparently. Once acknowledged, I received a new router next day, brilliant service.

I want to cancel my contract when the contract is end ,I'm already applying other broadband company, but this rubbish octaplus don't let other company install broadband, they will cancel the order thought themselves

Joke of a company
Install with city fibre went ahead.
No router provided by octoplus
Old internet disconnect.
Octoplus supposed to be managing the switch.
No router as they are on back order.
Not informed about the delay so the order could be pushed back.
Can't supply one for 3 days.
Absolute joke so cancelled the install.
Will never use again

Phone didn’t connect to new router said a new router would be sent but didn’t arrive - rang to chase after a week .
White Router arrived today Saturday 6th it is exactly the same router as old router????
So have internet on new black router & phone still on old router.
Upgrade not completed fully . Terrible service
We run a heating business from property landline - our busiest time of year - so not impressed
