Simple, Easy, Affordable
Ocho really does provide me with the cheapest and quickest insurance rates. It gives me plenty of time to pay my way and is super easy to work with. It builds credit every time you make a payment. Its like insurance for dummies , it's that easy to use and understand. I've forgotten a payment before and they worked with me on fixing the issue without crazy penalties based on my good payment history. If you're a good customer , they're good to you.

Honestly I was weary about it first, but it is legit and easy. Been needing insurance for a while and couldn't because of the down payment l, but honestly this made it easy and quick. I got insurance with a small down payment and I can split the payment into 2 times a month and still comes out cheaper than the other insurance I was saving for.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would leave zero stars if possible. I have been misled on three separate occasions regarding basic timelines. For example, I was repeatedly told that adding a vehicle to my policy would take 24 hours; it has now been 36 days, and the vehicle still has not been added. Additionally, they charge a $25 fee to make account changes, but then fail to actually process the changes you paid for. On top of this, they unexpectedly push you into a third-party loan to cover the insurance, which I definitely did not want. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. I will absolutely not be renewing my contract when it expires.

We have been working through a technical issue with one of our carriers that has caused delays in processing policy changes, and we sincerely apologize that this has affected you. On the $25 charge, this is not an additional fee but an advance on your existing policy balance. Regarding the loan, OCHO is a premium finance lender and this is clearly outlined in the declaration page that every customer scrolls through and acknowledges before completing their purchase. We would very much like to resolve the vehicle addition for you. Please call us at (800) 220-1416 and we will make this a priority.
