Vous trouverez le "délai de livraison estimé" sous le bouton "ajouter au panier" sur notre site web. Made to Order signifie que dès que l'artiste reçoit la commande, le processus de fabrication commence. Vous devriez recevoir votre commande au début du mois de février. Les produits sont exceptionnels, très bon choix de produits uniques même si ce n’est pas donné. En revanche, encore des améliorations à faire sur la communication. Pas de nouvelles de l’avancée de la commande, ni de la livraison.

A month has passed since our order, the package still did not arrive thanks to your delivery service of choice, DPD Croatia. This is the worst experience with package delivery in my life and will never order anything from you again.

Dishonest and unprofessional
I bought an item that said that tax was included. Afterwards I get an invoice from fedex with an extra import charge. I ask them to pay it and they agree but says that I can pay the invoice and they will reimburse me and I never heard from them again!! So unprofessional - never shopping there again.
