I have 2 Majority Internet radios which I've had for a few years, but when I had a technical issue recently the Support team were very helpful and helped sort the problem for me.
I would be happy to buy Majority products in the future.

I had a technical problem which was resolved very quickly.

We are delighted with our CD100…. It seems well made with all the functions you could want and sounds great connected to a Harman/Kardon external speaker.

Nice design so ALL HAPPY and the Three Year Guarantee offers extra peace of mind.

The support team were excellent. They responded very quickly to my query regarding my DAB radio. The proposed solution worked perfectly. It is really good to know that such a fine support team is behind you for the unlikely event that they may be needed.
My experience over the weekend will ensure that I will look at Oakcastle to provide any further electronic kit in the future.

Small problem with the DVD 15", but fast response from the support team, all sorted now and the device is working very well. Suggest that if any probs encountered by a new buyer, email the team quickly for a rapid response. Shame no phone number, but you cant have it all. good product.

After buying a DAB500 from Oakcastle I had an issue with DAB displaying a message system not recognized After registering my DAB 500 I contacted customer services about the issue I received a same day response and was able to rectify the problem

The DAB 500 was a good buy for us. Enabling playing of our collection of CD's
and good reception on DAB radio.
We had a problem with tuning and contacted Oakcastle who replied promptly with a solution that worked. Top marks for customer service.

After six months of using Oakcastle, my remote packed up. The remote is an essential piece of kit when using the Oakcastle Radio and CD payer.
I contacted Oakcastle Support and within three working days as I a had a new remote, which was delivered by Amazon. Outstanding service.

Returned with a solution to my problem very quickly. However did not give an explanation for the problem. Would have been nice to know what caused it. For speed of reply I cannot fault them.

We are very happy with our new Oakcastle DAB 400 but could not get the CD eject/open function to work.
Emilyn on the Majesty Technical Support Team immediately replied to my emailed request for help with the simple remedy. Good product, reasonable priced and prompt & kindly customer support.

I contacted the company as I was at a loss as how to deal with an issue with my dab radio. Their reply from an engineer was almost straight away, informing me of a solution, tried his suggestion and it worked.Well done to the company and staff.

DVD100 is a great little DVD Player, easy to install, very compact and neat looking.
I’m very please I chose Oakcastle, as I looked at many devices and they all looked good.

We were looking for a DAB radio with a CD player. Not a boom box. The Oakington Majestic radio has met our requirements. It is well made and fits in with our furniture. The sound is excellent and the controls are easy to use. It appears to be well worth the money.

Bought a DVD player from this company. Amazing aftersales and customer service. Help given the same day and replacement sent free of charge! Thank you.

Ho avuto un problema con la radio cd Dab500.
Ho contattato il servizio clienti spiegando il problema e loro gentilmente il prima possibile mi hanno risposto e consigliato il da farsi. Premetto che non era un problema dell'apparecchio ma non avevo capito come funzionasse (sabbe meglio aggiungere qualche lingua in più alle istruzioni). Resta il fatto che sono pienamente soddisfatto sia dell'apparecchio che del servizio.

I had a problem with my MP200 player (by accident I switched settings to Greek language) and I couldn't work out how to change back to English. Emailed Oakcastle on Sunday with my problem. I did not expect reply that day. They gave me a solution and the problem was easily resolved. GREAT Service!!

I had a slight problem with a CD player but all was quickly resolved by Oakcastle technicians. An excellent CD player and their help and advice was impressive indeed.
A company that I would highly recommend.
