Absolutely digusting and pathetic excuse for a business.
Absolute scammers.
I placed an order for same day delivery but then recieved notification that it wouldn't be until the next day. This did not suit so I cancelled the order half an hour after placing. As per the website free cancellations when cancelled within 1 hour of cancellation. I called to cancel this but was met with hosility and was hung up on 3 times. I was also told phone calls are recorded and asked fpr a copy as I had no warning calls are recorded (I think thats a lie) and I was told it was already packaged ready for the courier yet had no tracking number and it was literally half an hour afterplacing that I cancelled (so again another lie).
After multiple emails I was told I couldn't have a refund that they would hold it for anoither order for future use "in good faith". Absolutely not. They tried that line twice and I have recived an email saying it has been refunded but there are no funds in my account ergo another lie.
This is a comp[lete scam and was a complete nightmare.
Also to add I ordered through nz blooms yet all the communications and links in emails took me to another website "bloomex" dodgey af!

I would rate lower than 1 if I could! Completely disgusted. Really shitty customer service and no flowers after I ordered 5 days ago to be delivered today for my partners birthday. Do not order from this company, they are absolutely useless.

Awful experience and wished I had read these before purchasing.
Had flowers delivered as a birthday gift to a relative in New Zealand and they were shocking. Nothing like I ordered and NOT supersized as requested. Emailed and had a response saying it was the correct order and refused to refund then ignored any messages. My bank got involved and refunded me. Do not order from this company as they are the worst!

Ordered the hugs and kisses II bouquet, delivered the next day. Flowers were completely different from what i had ordered. Email address and replying to their email that they sent bounced back. Rang them twice to get new email address for complaint. Send photos of what I had ordered and what I had received with complaint. They ask for the photo of the flowers again. Send it again. They respond to say that the flowers met their policy and it might be the difference from the colours on my monitor opposed to real life so they won't be doing anything more. They apologised for leaving off the card which I hadn't written or asked for. I wish I had found these reviews before spending money with this company. So disappointing.

The whitest experience I’ve had online for a while , still waiting a refund after being lied to about same day delivery, requested refund 3 times and kept being told they would send it anyway. Highley recommend you don’t use them and I would suggest the commerce commission look in to this scam

Flowers were wilted and squashed. Same day delivery paid for, but did not arrive until the next day. 0/10

Soo ..... I ordered some flowers and card for friend in NZ ...... I live in the UK.

And after ordering I read all these bad reviews. My heart sank.......

I didn't receive a confirmation email

Their chat bot is completely useless

But the flowers and card did turn up. The flowers actually looked really nice and the card contained the correct message.

So yes this is NZ Blooms only positive review so far!

I didn't even want to give this company 1 star. I paid a lot for deluxe size bouquet of flowers. It was the most disappointing bouquet I have ever seen for $132.20 plus courier. The message was printed on A4 piece of paper and had spelling mistakes. It looks like someone bought them from the supermarket for $25 and marked it up. A supermarket bouqut would be better. I wish I could attach a picture here. It fitted into a small glass 300ml milk bottle. No nice greenery added either. I sent them a message and they emailed back on a no-reply email and said they checked the order and photos and said it was correct. What joke!! Do not use this company. I wish I checked reviews!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They are an absolute scam! I ordered flowers for same day delivery, they still have not arrived. I've had a message from NZ Post to say "the parcel" has been picked up and will be delivered by the 27th Feb (4 days after they were ordered). I can just imagine what state they will be in if they ever do arrive.
Impossible to get in touch with any customer service to follow this up.

I would give less stars if i could. I paid $100 for a “deluxe” bouquet of flowers, and received 10 wilted, brown flowers. Absolutely pathetic bouquet. Will never buy from them again. Do not recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience and I would never ever recommend. Overnight delivery and 5 days later I’m still waiting. I called the customer service number and received someone who couldn’t speak English, gave no apology or reason for the delay and wouldn’t even speak with me. I ended up hanging up in frustration. I spent $90 on flowers that have never arrived for the occasion. If I could give less than a 1 star review I would.

This site is a scam. I placed an order Feb 13, but it never arrived. Despite the non-delivery, the company sent an email claiming the order was completed, while their own website tracking still shows it as 'On its way.'
When I contacted support, I was refused a refund and offered store credit instead. I have had to escalate this to a bank dispute. This company is the same as Bloomex(which also has a lot of 1 star reviews) to mislead customers into thinking they are dealing with a local boutique. Avoid at all costs

REPORT THIS WEBSITE. Report to netsafe, submit an online police report, get these scammers shut down. If you check their "flower care" page you can see the entire text was stolen from elsewhere (importing flora into NZ is no easy process yet their website talks about flowers imported from Ecuador, Colombia, Canada and other places). Don't fall for this trap, you won't get what you pay for and you won't be able to contact them.

Absolute scam. I paid $100 for a Valentine’s Day package that was supposed to include a half-dozen roses, a vase, and a teddy bear. What showed up was five sad, nearly petal-less roses — no vase, no teddy bear.

When I called customer service to complain, the agent literally hung up on me. I tried the online chat as well, and if they responded at all, it was 30–60 minutes between messages. Completely useless.

They know exactly what they’re doing. Save your money and don’t fall for it.

Terrible service. The site is a scam, images of what you order is not even close to what arrives. There is no difference between basic and deluxe, regardless of what you order, the same crap arrives. I ordered the Sweetheart Roses in Mason Jar, when it arrived, no mason jar, no limonium and the greens were yellowing. There was some random dollar store teddy bear thrown in the box.

In summary, this is not a local business, it's a India based company who has registered an NZ domain, the images on the site are fake, they've been hijacked from a competitor site, the delivery is not as advertised... SCAM ALERT!!!

This business needs to be reported and shut down. I'll be submitting a format complaint to my banks fraud department and requesting the transaction be reversed. I'll also be forwarding a complaint to the Ministry of Business to get these people shut down asap.

IF YOU HAVE PHOTOS AND TRANSACTION HISTORY, SEND IT TO YOUR BANK! The best way to hurt these fraudsters is the get your money back and stop them trading.

Avoid like the plague. I suspect that Bloomex NZ have had terrible reviews and are using this website extort money from the public. My purchase was from here and I received an order confirmation from here but the delivery notes were from Bloomex NZ, a notoriously bad company who promise next day delivery that takes 5 days and more, according to other reviews and personal experience. They send out inferior quality drooping bits of flowers that bear no resemblance whatsoever to the item purchased. I bought a deluxe bouquet for $100 and when it arrived there were petals dropping off the drooping fragments of flowers that really could have done with CPR before the could stand in a raspberry jam jar. I contacted the company but all attempts to get any type of communication were unsuccessful as my emails and messages were returned and my phone call said the number did not exist.
These people give NZ florists a bad name.

Oh dear - a lesson for me - I should have read first.. expensive bouquet ordered .. a few roses delivered..awaiting a response..

Don't order from here. Bought sympathy flowers for my sister in law, picture was a beautiful white elegant bunch. The bunch sent was small brightly coloured mixed flowers. I'm gutted. The email dosnt work. They don't respond to chat and phone is disconnected. How can we report the website? Has anyone got their money back?

I picked an arrangement of pink roses. The flowers sent were not roses and were wilted. Tried to chat with them but no response. Don’t use this company!

Ordered the delicate elegance supersize bouquet at $89.95 which should have been white roses, pink and white alstroemeria, white asters, and seasonal greenery and got 9 red gerberas sent. Just the stems not in an arrangement. There was no attempt to substitute for like flowers as they state in their order & return policy or any contact to say they couldn’t fulfil the order (also in their order & return policy). Very disappointing. I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering.
