Very happy with the Hyperion 3…
Very happy with the Hyperion 3 controller and the Odyssey case — both are excellent quality and definitely worth the wait.
However, the shipping process really needs improvement. Choosing a more reliable carrier, even if it means slightly higher shipping costs, would greatly improve the overall customer experience.
Great products, but the delivery experience should match the quality of the hardware.

They started to sell their products on AliExpress.com for a cheaper price. Some people in Discord who recently ordered there stated they received their products from AliExpress before they received their pre-ordered Hyperion 3 from the main Nyxigame.com website.
No updates and no product received. Ended up refunding directly through Paypal.

Wenn demnächst keine Lieferung erfolgt, muss bei PayPal ein Fall eröffnet werden. Enttäuschend, da ich nur Gutes von Nyxi gehört hatte.

My order NYXIGAME85305 was placed on Feb 15, we were all told shipping not later than march 5th then I got told that it was pushed to the 16th, then I got told it was pushed to the 31st, well guess what? Today is the 31st and still no updates, no communication, radio silence. This is unacceptable from a company of any caliber, I have attempted to reach anyone demanding an update but all I ever get is automated messages. This is a terrible way to handle business.

I ordered a Hyperion 3 and it's now 21 days past release date and still no updates, progress or shipping tracking info.
I have emailed 4 weeks ago with no response to date. I will be cancelling my order.

I placed an order for Hyperion 3 on January 25, 2026, and I have yet to receive any shipping information or confirmation.
Additionally, over the past two months, I have contacted the support center by email three times to request a change to the shipping address, but I have not received any response.
I'm honestly very disappointed.

I’m giving you 3 and I could honestly go down to 2 stars. The reason is because I haven’t received my controller. No tracking info, no updates to my order on the website. The website just shows that it is being prepared but I’ve got other orders that show the same thing and I received them months ago so I’m not sure that I can trust that. I’m actually worried that it has been lost in transit somewhere
