Je suis très déçue de la fiabilité de cette société. C’était la première fois que j’ai passé commande chez nyx et c’est certainement la dernière. J’avais commandé deux couleurs d’eyeliner et ils m’ont envoyé la mauvaise couleur mais en sus, ils ont également modifié ma commande sur la facture (ils ont mis sur la facture le nom de la mauvaise couleur comme si je l’avais commandé)! Alors que sur mon historique de commandes la bonne couleur que j’avais commandé est bien enregistré. Je ne comprends pas leur motivation pour faire une chose pareille, c’est la première fois que je vois ça.

After struggling to find a decent drug store concealer, and having tested many plus correctors to hide my brown dark circles, finally found the one. Didn't want to spend money on tarte especially with swatches online. This hides my circles without a corrector , creamy, good coverage and matt finish. I have dry skin and this hardly creases once set with powder. Mine lasted 9 to 6pm. You don't need a lot. Eye cream, primer and concealer, blend with fingers and set. Wow. Everyone skin type is different but do try this, worth the hype and a good daily concealer.

20/5/22 I have just bought NYX Filler Instinct from my local Boots, tried when I got home and the filler went on OK, but after a few seconds my lips began to Sting dreadfully, total waste of money

Colis arrivé dans les delais mais articles non protégés, et qui du coup se baladent dans le colis, résultat, le fard a paupières est en miettes et inutilisable et en plus il manque un article... Au vu des commentaires ce genre de problème est récurrent et peu de chance d obtenir le remboursement apparement... au final, malgré un code promo, aucune économie pour moi, dernière fois que je commande sur internet.

WORST Experience EVER! I got a damaged package so I leave a message to the customer server (3 times) but NO response after more than 1 week. The most RIDICULOUS thing is, they don't allow me to give feedback about no one taking care of the damaged item! GOOD JOB NYX

Great product but delivery sometimes could be better

J'ai écris 3 fois au service client pour la marche à suivre en cas de produit périmé et inutilisable. Jamais de réponse. J'ai ouvert un litige paypal et maintenant chantage pour que je le ferme. Mais c'est quoi cette Société ???!!!!

Suite à une commande passée en ligne (faute de boutique à - de 60km), je me retrouve avec un produit dont la couleur n'a absolument rien a voir avec la description du produit. Je contacte le support et on ne m'annonce aucun retour possible ni geste commercial quelconque. On m'envoi juste bouler, même pas excuse pour l'insatisfaction, rien ! Etant moi-même dans le métier, je trouve cela honteux de la part de cette marque qui est pourtant de renommée !!!

Ordinato una palette da 40€ il 24 dicembre 2021. Il 27 dicembre nessuna conferma. Mi rispondono dicendo che il pagamento con PayPal non è andato a buon fine e quindi avrei ricevuto il rimborso entro 8-10 giorni. Nessun rimborso. Porto avanti la contestazione con PayPal. Quelli di NYX mi scrivono di chiudere la contestazione così mi avrebbero rimborsato. Io ho risposto con "non chiudo proprio niente. LADRI." Mi hanno risposto di tenerli aggiornati, due giorni fa PayPal ha dato ragione a me e ho avuto il rimborso.
Non comprate mai da questo schifo di sito.

Il 6 gennaio ho ordinato circa una decina di prodotti dal loro sito. Al momento del pagamento il sito ha avuto un bug e mi son ritrovata con l'ordine che non è andato a buon fine ma con i soldi scalati dalla carta. Ho chiamato tante volte il servizio clienti il quale per scusarsi mi ha offerto un codice sconto del 30%. Aspetto l'arrivo della mail del codice promesso e il codice da 30 era diventato 20.. penso: "Fa niente". Rifaccio il carrello per riordinare e il codice del 20 era invalido. Una presa in giro. Ho riavuto i soldi oggi, il 18 gennaio.

J'avais un peu peur concernant la livraison car je voyais beaucoup d'avis négatifs (comme sur tous les sites). Finalement j'ai commandé le 10 et ma commande est arrivée le 13 très bien emballée et produits en bon état. PAR CONTRE je ne mettrais que 3 étoiles car les couleurs des produits sur le site sont loin de la réalité pour moi. Certaines teintes de beaucoup de produits n'ont rien à voir donc je suis très déçue j'aurais du aller en magasin et je vous conseille de le faire.

J'adore le eyeliner de chez NYX c'est vraiment le meilleur il ne coule pas s'applique facilement il est vraiment top par contre ça fait deux trois fois que je le commande et qu'il est sec ou qu'il s'étale moins bien qu'avant avant il était fluide et là je fais juste un trait et le deuxième très je ne peux plus le faire il est tout sec il faut que j'attends le lendemain qu'il soit bien tête en bas pour que le produit redescendre sur la pointe et ça fait deux trois fois que je le commande et ça me fait ça je ne sais pas s'il y a un problème au niveau du produit ou de la fabrication mais c'est bien dommage parce que j'adore vraiment cette à eyes liner. J'espère qu'ils vont y remédier ça ne me l'a jamais fait auparavant.

I wouldn’t give a star for this what so called company. I placed an order almost a year ago. I didn’t receive any confirmations or updates on the order. I tried contact them via email after 1month of waiting via email and they didn’t replied. After 6 months of trying to contact them, they told me that they canceled my order. I asked them for a refund and still today they avoid to do so. Worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company not even to my worst enemy. If I grade this company it would be a -20/10. And I gave a lot on the grading.

Never receive product or refund. Worst experience ever.

Great eyeshadow primer best one I have used so far

I purchased NYX pore filler and it was horrendous. As soon as I squeezed the tube the filler squirted out in little bits all over the bathroom. This happened at each time I tried to use it. I took photos of it and wrote to NYX and got terrible email response asking what I want to happen. I said firstly refunding for the item that I travelled to collect from a boots store which cost me to travel for it. I got no apology whatsoever. After quite a few emails back and forth amd me demanding my refund they said they would return the cost. After about 3 weeks I emailed them again asking for my refund, eventually I got a cheque for the cost of the item. No apology whatsoever juts a cheque in an envelope with no apology. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with amd will no longer use any of the products .

I have never encountered such horrendous customer service. Made the mistake of ordering online from them, since they no longer have a store and I love their eye shadows. HORRENDOUS experience! The make up came in a bag, and 2 of the 4 eye shadows I ordered were crushed and unusable. 2 mascaras, one supposedly purple and the other one black, are almost completely dried up. After wasting 28 minutes of my life on the phone with "customer service", the woman SWORE I would get an email from them within 10 minutes where I could reply and attach pictures of the broken eye shadows. And they would only refund the broken ones, not the dried up mascaras. The email never came. I am out $34. And 28 min of my life.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE EYESHADOWS. THE COLOR STORIES ARE ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL AND THE QUALITY IS GOOD. The prices have gotten high, I remember when I was younger NYX was a cheaper brand, but they deliver.

I bought a eyebrow product and lip liner.
Lip liner wasn’t same colour as they showed up. And brow product was so bad, was so hard for me to make some colour pop, so I dropped it in the trash.
It was so disappointed experience to me because everyone liked it. I really tried to like the brand.
