Horrible customer service.
I live right across the river, and they did nothing to send my item fast, even being a new customer
It was my first time purchasing from them.
When I contacted them regarding the issue, they didn't even have the courtesy of saying "I am sorry"
Instead, Charlie Debono responded :
"We are not USPS"
WOW
way to go!

Great site love the product and always comes super quick

I am very happy with this company. They have all my needs for disposable vape products. The customer service is awesome! They actually texted me to inform me that a flavor is not in stock and offered me another choice .
Keep up the great work.

Found something that I couldn’t find in store.

Amazing service

Fast Shipping and Great Price !!

Aftermarket lookah prices makes it fearful to buy but they have great customer service and shipping.

Shipping was done in a timely manner.
My satisfaction with the sugar rush line is immense.

Thanks,
Brooke

Great quality, good pricing and fast shipping! This is my main shop and its for a reason; they ship everything quickly, I’ve never gotten a bad product from them, and if anything is out of stock, they let me know really quickly and show me alternatives 🙏🏽

Always a great experience dealing with NYC Glass. Fast shipping and great products and pricing. Will continue to be a customer.

I've been ordering for years, get prices and selection. They always have stuff my local shop is out of stock on. Great customer service. Same customer service reps every time, helpful and truly go out of their way to help.

I placed an order with Nycglass 718 on January 2nd, and paid for expedited shipping. It's January 10th, and it still hasn't even shipped. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because of the holiday. After waiting 72 business hours, not including the weekend, I emailed them to inquire about my order. They replied and said they were waiting for one product. Why did I have to reach out to be told that? They also said it would be shipped out on Wednesday January 8th, which was two days ago. It's Friday and I'm still waiting for the notification. They never reached out to communicate why my order is delayed. I had to contact them after it should've shipped to find out anything. At this point, I feel like I'm being scammed.

UPDATE: I finally received my order a week after posting this review. They offered me $7 in store credit toward a future purchase, after I asked for the extra money I paid for expedited shipping.

AVOID: nycglass718.com

First and foremost, I rarely write negative reviews. As a business owner myself, I appreciate it when customers give me the chance to resolve issues directly which I tried to do.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with someone named "Charlie," who claims to be the owner but comes across as either completely incompetent or an outright scammer. Their website lists products they don't even have in stock. After placing my order, they called me to upsell a replacement item. I reluctantly agreed, only to receive something random that was worth about 25% of what I originally paid.

Charlie was unprofessional throughout the process. They refused to expedite the correct order and, after a month of broken promises and no delivery, canceled my order when I called him out on it.

To top it off, they had the audacity to tell me not to order again, as if I’d ever willingly subject myself to this nightmare or support a business like theirs.

The only slightly positive note? Their website chat support responded quickly—though it was completely useless and unhelpful.

AVOID at all costs!

Good selection of items. This was my first order, and it came quickly with no issues. Item was perfect. Will use again.

Ordered Ryan Fitt V2 best price around plus 10% coupon, $5 shipping — $239 out the door. Order to receipt of delivery was 5 business days. Would definitely visit again.
