United National Moving services Anmeldelser

Amerisafe has the worst customer service, they will take a list of all items you need to move underestimate the cost for you to sign up for their service then you will receive a call selling you more space at a ridiculous price. If you say no the movers show up and the crew I had was good with the exception of the one clearly in control. I ended up speaking to another person. It felt like a scam. I ended up paying an additional $800 and still didn’t have all of my items moved. They broke my headboard, scratched my floors and steps. I have been trying for over week to speak to someone and have it addressed. EVERYONE I spoke to was rude and made it very clear that customer service was NOT their priority. My issues and concerns still have not been addressed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Beware of AmriSafe - Misleading Practices and Overcharges

Review:

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with AmriSafe, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Here’s a detailed account of what happened:

1. *False Pricing*: Initially, I was quoted $2,000 for my move. However, by the time everything was said and done, the cost mysteriously doubled to $4,000. There was no transparency in how these additional charges were calculated.

2. *Subcontracting Without Notice*: On the day of the move, a completely different company showed up to handle the transportation. Not only was this not communicated beforehand, but it also led to a lot of confusion and additional negotiation on prices.

3. *Inaccurate Measurements*: The team that came in deliberately miscalculated the cubic feet of my belongings, which directly led to an increase in the quoted price. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to squeeze more money out of the situation.

4. *Broken Promises and Poor Customer Service*: A salesperson from AmriSafe named Andrew (561-770-1025) assured me that I would receive one month of free storage. This was a significant factor in my decision to choose AmriSafe. Now, the subcontracted company has contacted me, demanding payment for the storage, contradicting what was promised. When I tried to reconnect with Andrew to discuss these discrepancies, his response was dismissive and unhelpful, stating, "Do whatever you want; we will charge."

5. *Threat of Additional Charges*: Even more frustratingly, there are hints of further charges to come, adding to the already bloated costs.

This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and customer care from AmriSafe has been appalling. I am left feeling scammed and mistreated. For those looking for moving services, steer clear of AmriSafe if you want to avoid hidden fees and broken promises.

For my long distance move I went with AmeriSafe Moving because of how punctual they are as well as their speed in delivery. It turned out just right! The movers came right on schedule and began working right away without wasting any at all ! In addition to that, they charged me fairly; quote given was accurate too! Every single thing arrived intact without any damages done by staff throughout this whole process' period from top management down to entry level employees who were involved from lo0ading goods into trucks until offloading them at my new home town within California where one would have thought otherwise due mainly poor records' maintenance department there. Credit where it's worth hats off customer service department.

I recently moved and was happy with the moving company I used. They provided good service. The team made extra efforts to make sure that all worked well. They came on time and packed my stuff quickly. The most amazing thing was that they paid atttention to every small detail as if they were their own things but with different eyes from which we got satisfied. Took care all the time keeping me updated and responding to my concerns.

Last weekend I was moving my flat to another city from Seattle and everything I needed was just to make a call to them for assistance which take them around forty five minutes or so before they arrived at the agreed location while on transit between states covering a few miles along highway 5 through California hillsides where I could even hear their hustle noise over phone. Our friendship has grown with time so when it came time for final goodbyes at my old place in Las Vegas that extended into tears running down cheeks coming from both eyes roiling uncontrollably from one side down them pouring out like river rapids just after aging momentum on its path so open your heart out AmeriSafe fly away whenever possible because we will always miss you during our separation before life brings us together again sometime soon
