Dear Sarah,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience.
We’d like to clarify that the delivery was processed based on the address originally provided at checkout:
12 Hamilton Grange, 2 Crowstone Avenue, Westcliff On Sea, SS0 8JT
After the delivery attempt, you informed us that you live at:
Flat 12 Hamilton Grange, 2 Crowstone Avenue, Westcliff On Sea, SS0 8NT
This is not just a clarification—it includes a different flat number and a different postcode, which may have contributed to the delivery issue. Unfortunately, courier services rely on exact address details, and even small differences can result in failed deliveries.
Despite this, we offered a new order at a discounted rate as a gesture of goodwill, aiming to resolve the matter fairly and promptly. We're sorry to hear that this offer did not meet your expectations.
We understand your frustration, and while we regret that this has led to your first negative review, we remain committed to resolving the situation with fairness. If you would reconsider our offer, we would be more than happy to assist further.
Warm regards,
Customer Service Team

Bought 1kg of Brazil nuts in dark…
Bought 1kg of Brazil nuts in dark chocolate back in January as my regular supplier ran out... Big mistake they were just as expensive but inferior in terms of the chocolate used! I found the nuts good enough quality but the chocolate tasted like horrible imitation... I certainly won't buy anything else from them and don't recommend. Should have bought less as my first order, my mistake.

Dear Dorota,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear that our dark chocolate Brazil nuts did not meet your expectations. We take quality very seriously and only use chocolate sourced from reputable suppliers, but we understand that taste can be subjective and truly regret that you were disappointed.
We appreciate your comments about the quality of the nuts themselves and are always working to improve our products. Your experience has been noted, and we’d love the opportunity to make things right. If you're open to it, please contact us directly at our email info@nutsoasis.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to discuss a resolution.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.
Warm regards,
Adam

New Snack stop
Despite a hiccup initially ( order delivered to wrong door) my new parcel arrived yesterday. Everything thing is delicious, we bought the corn just to try it, wow new best snack. The chocolate gingers so moreish, the honey nuts are incredible, completely covered in sweet tastiness. Noticed no powdery residue or soft old nuts, we will definitely be back.
