Hi David,
Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration caused.
Following our previous email regarding the item being temporarily out of stock, the recent Bank Holiday weekend also caused an unavoidable delay with regional courier operations.
The great news is that your order is fully restocked and will be dispatched first thing tomorrow with express shipping. We have sent you a direct email with all the details and will share your tracking number as soon as it's generated.
We truly appreciate your patience and look forward to getting your package to you quickly!
Best regards,
Nuts Oasis Team
Avoid their chocolate cashews!
Now, I usually love chocolate covered cashews, but the ones I bought from Nuts Oasis are a huge letdown.
While the cashews are nicely sized and have a gorgeous crunchy yet creamy texture, their chocolate coating is tasteless and absolutely disgusting. It's overly sweet and barely has any cocoa flavour. It just doesn't complement the cashews at all. In fact, it tastes like that revolting chocolate-flavoured cooking stuff that just makes me wretch.
Such a massive turn off. They arrived the other day and with any other bag of chocolate cashews, they'd have all gone by now. But this bag I got from Nuts Oasis is still 2-thirds full! Such a shame.
