Delicious products, delivered quickly and with very friendly and helpful customer service. Thank you!

You called for a review a little early so I obviously couldn’t review properly as I hadn’t had a parcel from you. I’ve now received my order and am as pleased with it as ever. Thank you.

Fresh and very tasty products. Delivered quickly. Friendly service. Fairtrade products supporting smallholder farmers in Malawi - what's not to like?!

The low rating is based on the quality of the macadamia nuts…

I recently opened my 500-gram packet of roasted salted macadamia nuts from Malawi. As someone who was born and raised in Malawi, I’ve always been a fan of macadamia nuts and regularly buy the ones in the blue box from Malawi. I decided to try your product and, first off, I must say the nuts looked fantastic—nice, big, and clean.

However, I was disappointed to find that they tasted rather stale. The expiration date on the packet, as I recall, is June this year, so they should still be fresh.

As someone who has enjoyed Malawian macadamia nuts my whole life, I’ve grown accustomed to the fresh and vibrant flavour of the ones I usually buy.

I am disappointed as wanted to be a regular shopper but sadly I can’t eat stale tasting macadamia’s:(

Order #6313

Update :
Thank you for kindly sending me 12 packets of 45-gram macadamia nuts after I raised concerns about the stale taste of the 500g batch. I truly appreciate your prompt response and generosity in addressing the issue.

However, I wanted to provide an update. While some of the nuts do taste fresher, unfortunately, a number of them still have a stale taste. It’s disappointing, as I was hopeful this would resolve the issue completely.

Easy to order, great value, speedy delivery, delicious nuts!

Good products, delivery was as stated.

Great service and fast delivery. The nuts are so yummy and much better than normal store bought macadamias.

Absolutely gorgeous macadamias! Crunchy, creamy delicious balls of yum!!
And thank you so much to Tim of Nutcellars for the extra 3 free packets of mouthwatering different flavours for us to try. I shall be reordering soon 🤤.

My first order but not my first experience of the product as someone very thoughtfully gave me some for my birthday.I’m sure there will be many more orders from me because to quote from a well known advertisement “I’m worth it”. Also loved the message in the box. I’m a sucker (or should I say a cruncher?) for the personal touch!

Love the little handwritten notes that come with each order :)

It’s always amazing to see customer service so alive and kicking in some people’s business models, Nut Cellars are a prime example of how to do this!
The personal touch in a hand written note; twinned with thoughtfully packaged items and a little thank you for supporting independent business. Very touching in a world of sanitised corporate service!
This is before we get to the quality of product, I tried the chocolate macadamias and a tea spoon (yes straight from the jar!) of the macadamia butter, both were absolutely exceptional.
Great experience all round and will be ordering my refills, likely sooner rather than later given how nice this is!
Thanks!

Delicious! Great taste, good packaging, efficient ordering + delivery. All the better knowing that the Malawian farmers are getting a fair deal. Well done Nutcellars - Zikomo!

Enjoying the nuts. Free gift is a lovely extra touch.
