We had Nugen Exteriors Ltd. out to do a full roof replacement, as well as new cladding and drainage, and the results are absolutely incredible. To be honest, I was a little skeptical at first because of all the glowing reviews I read online. But after seeing the finished product, I can confidently say that every single positive review was completely accurate.

From the very beginning, Terry, the owner, was fantastic. He kept us informed and updated throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. The communication was excellent, and we always knew what to expect. The team was professional, efficient, and they worked incredibly hard.

The quality of the workmanship is top-notch. Our house looks brand new, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The new roof, cladding, and drainage have completely transformed the exterior of our home. Really can’t recommend any NuGen highly enough. We had an old flat roof needing replacing, Terry came out saw what needed done, came up with how to improve things. Great service from planning, roof work, roughcasting, interior finishes and painting all included in the price. Terry and Lennie were fantastic throughout, always tidied up at days end, all at a good price. Great company to do business with. 👏👏👏👏.

Excellent job from beginning to end. Nugen had the most competitive quote for my roughcasting. Lenny and John were brilliant and kept in contact throughout the job. I work from home and John helped fit the work around my job to minimise any noise. The guys cleaned up after so my neighbours weren’t inconvenienced. I got the job done in Jan 2025 and we had a storm so John and Lenny came out at night to make sure all the scaffolding was secure. One year later and the roughcasting is still looking as new. I’m so pleased with the work these guys have done for me

Nugen Exteriors renewed my gutters, fascias and soffits around 4 yrars ago and done an excellent job, with customer service second to none.

So a couple of weeks ago when i was faced with a roof tile that had slipped the night before going on holiday, the first person i thought of was Terry. I contacted him at 18:06 , explained the situation, and that I was worried to leave it as it was in case it fell and caused damage.

Terry kindly agreed to.attend that night, he was at my door by 18;40 and fully assessed the situation
Knowing how concerned I was, he arranged for his team to repair the slipped tiles the following day.

Again, excellent customer service, even outwith normal working hours, I can't thank Terry and his Team enough for attending at very short notice and completing the job within 24 hours. I will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

NuGen roughcast our home. It was a truly fantastic experience all around, from the initial visit and quote through to the team that spent two weeks working on the house.

First win was a direct, no-nonsense quote after a site visit, which was in-depth and left me feeling really confident. There were also no hard sales techniques which I encountered from competitors.

The company worked with us to achieve the outcomes we wanted, which weren't standard (colours, textures etc). Where other companies brushed off our requests, NuGen made it happen, which is fantastic.

They also identified some challenges to our project, caused by the structure of the building and to the order we were having to take on the major piece of work, and went out of their way to ensure that the job was done in a manner that would complement and enable the next phase of the building to be completed with a minimum of rework.

And, very importantly, the result is brilliant.

Needed our roof replaced after a few leaks. Contacted Terry who carried out a survey and we employed him to carry out the work. Excellent job, no mess left and I would recommend them

Company did a great job. Repair to the damaged roof looks very much better than the original roof. Workmen came on time when they said they would be here. Cleaned up after the job was done and removed all the damaged material. I would recommend the company for any repair or build work needed.

Obviously quite a lot of money for a new roof, but I feel I picked the right company to do it.
From the original chat I felt NuGen was the company I was going to use.
Throughout the hole job they were friendly and profesional. I would definitely be happy to recommend them based on my experience.

I had 3 quotes for the work to be done. NuGen Exteriors came with a recommendation and they were the only company who made it clear about what had to be done and followed it up with a detailed written quote. I thought that the price was fair and decided to go ahead. Communication was great and I was kept up to date as things progressed. The team worked non stop with short breaks for lunch and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. It looks amazing and I am impressed by the professionalism and quality of work undertaken. They even cleaned my windows as part of the site clean-up! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is considering having this type of work done.
