We take all feedback seriously and are naturally disappointed to receive this review.

Following a recent conversation, we were pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the work carried out and that no issues have been experienced since completion approximately 5 months ago.

We understand value can be viewed differently by different customers. The quotation and scope of works were agreed prior to commencement and, in this case, the works involved more than simply replacing tiles. The project included removal and inspection works, leadwork checks and re-welting where required, sourcing matching reclaimed tiles through multiple suppliers and reclamation yards, materials, labour, waste removal and our workmanship guarantee.

Whilst we appreciate we may not always be the cheapest option available, our focus is carrying out work correctly and delivering long-term quality rather than taking shortcuts.
