My experience with Novation customer service has been extremely frustrating. Their products may be very good, but unfortunately their customer support has been terrible in my case.
I have been trying for several weeks to return a faulty Launchkey. The device had multiple issues, including a malfunctioning pitch control and unreliable USB connection. Instead of properly arranging the return, support mainly focused on troubleshooting and trying to fix the problems, seemingly to avoid the return.
What makes this even more frustrating is that they only contacted me after I opened a payment dispute. I followed the troubleshooting instructions they provided, but the problems remained. I clearly confirmed that I still wanted to return the product and receive a refund.
Eventually, they asked me for the serial number, my address, and phone number — information that seemed to be the final step before providing return instructions. After I provided everything they requested, they stopped responding to my emails again.
At this point, I still don't have the return address or instructions, and it feels like the return process is simply being delayed and ignored.
It's especially disappointing because I actually like Novation products. The product quality may be great, but based on my experience, the customer service and return process are absolutely unacceptable.

I love the product, and I like how they care about giving me a starting point with video tutorials (although I’d probably prefer written references, which are probably there but I didn’t bother looking for).

I had some problems with delivery lost in transit but apart from that amazing product I can now make some trap beats

Novation fulfillment team is stellar. Received unit very quickly, which is not often the case when buying directly from the manufacturer. I love the Launchpad Pro - easy and to use, intuitive and allows me to get down to making music very quickly. The Swifty Bass Station 2 is so much fun, I can’t stop (won’t stop -haha!). Keep making great tools that help musicians get on to the business of making music without spending a year learning the gear.

This is the best midi controller I’ve ever owned. I love the Ableton integration as well as the ability to work with other DAWS. I own both the 88 key mk3 and recently purchased the 61 key mk4.
Customer support is also exceptional with this company. I love them so much that I am getting ready to order a 49 key of this same controller. I would definitely recommend ( and have recommended) this board to anyone looking for a midi controller. From beginner to professional, I think this is the best value for your cash.
