Nous did well. They have a good AI and then if there is something good you get passed to a human. But make sure you aske to speak to someone as that’s where the action happens. I’ve saved loads and takes all the stress out of switching.

Perfect money saving tool without having to do the heavy work. You simply answer a few questions and Nous searches the best money saving plan for you. They have saved me £200 with my current electricity provider by getting me on to a better tariff. Highly recommend! Great service!

We had been with Utility Warehouse for years and all other bill providers. Nous has switched our energy to Fuse and claims this will save us over £400!! We are now switching one of our mobiles from UW to TalkMobile saving just under £100 and over doubling the data package. Overall, if we go for all the recommended switches we will be saving well over £1000 annually. And it’s all been easy peasy lemon Squeezy!!!

Extremely easy. Great communication and not pushy one bit. Have changed our energy suppliers and I didn’t have to do a thing! Brilliant - will be looking to change more soon!

Seems like a good idea, however, it offered me a new energy plan which would cost £40 a month more (after uploading my bills so it had the comparison), then suggested I could save on my mobile bill but that page wouldn’t open. Everything else I had it offered no suggestions on. Worth while if you’re close to being out of contract with suppliers, otherwise maybe not as accurate as I’d have hoped

I realised I was paying too much for my mobile phone contract and Nous were able to provide a much cheaper and better option with saving of £160 a year. The process only took a week. Nous kept me informed at all times of the process and how the change was proceeding. Great service would highly recommend using Nous and very happy I am saving money.

It's been very easy to use, the fact the communication is on WhatsApp is great.
Although it is AI based, there is a good level of human interaction and you can speak with someone whenever you ask. The fact that they do all the switching for you (if you want to switch) is great and means you do actually go through with the switch.
