Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I ordered too late for Xmas, but they managed to squeeze me in! I’ve tried various brands of kefir on my family and this has been their favourite. We’ll be ordering on a regular basis. Thanks for the Xmas card :)

Amazing results from the first go
Amazing results from the first go. I used 1liter of full fat milk and left for 24 hours at which point it was nicely set. I left overnight in the fridge and had it the next day. I shook the bottle and added a pinch of salt. Lovely sour taste and a tiny bit of fizziness which quickly disappeared after keeping the bottle open.

Excellent result but slow to deliver
The product is very good. Instructions clear and the kefir formed well. My order took a few days to get as far as being posted, hence a lost star. The milk i purchased to get started was nearly up to its use by date by the time the delivery arrived!

Great product & great service
Really good product, great service too - what more can you ask for. Deliveries arrive as promised and when (occasionally) supplies run low, there's a nice interim rationing in place until the supply is re-established. I wish more companies would take note.

The first shipment of cow milk's kefir…
The first shipment of cow milk's kefir shipped the next day and was very nice, got better over time. After I ran out of Kefir I decided to try the goat's milk one. It took 2 weeks to ship and when it arrived it was hardly fermentedat all. I bought some kefir grains online and now am using them to ferment the "kefir" that I paid £32 for.
