I have goats milk kefir and it is absolutely delicious, I love my morning drink. It has a lot of health benefits. My husbands psoriasis has gone from his hands since taking kefir. He feels brighter and sleeps better as I do myself since taking it.
The service from Nourish is great and Deborah is such a help with advice I have needed.
The cows milk kefir is also delicious but I have goats milk for health reasons. Could highly recommend either.

Great customer service by Deborah and swift delivery. Kefir is delicious to drink and with i understand about 200 different strains of bacteria, its far far superior in health benefits to what you can buy in supermarkets.

Slightly odd purchase process. You order without paying, and then have to leave the site and make a BACS payment from your bank - not the smooth online payments we're used to nowadays. But product arrived. Second class post. Fine really.
Second time purchase. The Kefir grains work excellently in semi-skimmed milk. You have to leave the first batch at room temp for 48 hours to thicken up. After that, I use the remaining 200ml with fresh milk to make my next batch which thickens in 24 hours. I keep this going for weeks and save a fortune, plus no waste/recycling necessary.

I have been buying Nourish kefir grains for a few years now. They always make great tasting kefir. A few months ago, there appeared to be a shortage of the grains on the market. I contacted the company and I was kindly sent a few sachets of the grains on a complimentary basis. This was much appreciated and meant that I did not have to switch to another brand. Great service from Nourish Kefir.

Very friendly staff and a fantastic product. Much cheaper than buying bottles from the supermarket. One sachet can be used quite a few times.

I was unaware the culture contains maltodextrin - this was not disclosed in the details. I recognise the cultures require sugars but I oppose these ultra processed additives.
