Nothing will be the the new smartphone revolutionary. I recently bought the CMF Phone 1 and It was one of my best purchases yet. The 120hz display feels really smooth and the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 is able to perform all tasks proficiently. To top it all of it only costed $200. So for a phone which costs as much as accessories for some smartphones it is truly a very good purchase and very good experience
Faulty Screen Protecter - Refused To Replace
My nothing phone 3a came with a pre-installed screen protector. Bubbles appeared under the screen after just 6 weeks. Contacted Nothing customer service who were friendly (I suspect a lot of AI is used to write their emails) but very slow to respond. The offered me a joke, 5% discount. I told them the product was not fit for purpose as it failed after just 6 weeks but they didn't care. Very disappointing.

I would give negative stars if I could. My buds did not come with extra tips, and fall out. Nothing customer service has been complete farce, weeks and endless correspondence and excuses just to try to get a set of large tips that should have been included. First, they were out of stock but I should pay now, $21 for a set of 3 tips and steep postage. I objected to this and said they should provide the tips that should have been included. Then, miracle, they were in stock! After much resistance, they said they would provide a complementary set of tips .... but only as an extra if I bought a set of tips and paid the steep postage, ie $21. More correspondence. Then, a hugely generous offer, they would give me 10% off a set of tips -- that is, they would cut 56 sets off the $21 they wanted to provide the tips I should have had. More correspondence, they will provide tips to me .... but only if I give the serial number which is too small and smeary to read or photograph. So they doubt that the buds I bought FROM NOTHING as genuine. Or it's just an excuse. They said, oh we can't send the right tips without a serial number. HUH???? Outrageous lengths and expense they will go to, to PREVENT giving customer service.

I bought new ear buds on receiving the left one would not charge from the start . I messaged straight away to make sure they knew. Gave me advise to what I should do, still didn’t work. My son who is a tech guy couldn’t get them to charge either . Nothing advised would refund once received and their tech guys have checked. Advised me there was nothing wrong with them and only offered £39 instead of £49 even though they did NOT work ,And , to charge £10 for return when I only paid £4 for Postage on purchase .!! I would never buy from them and advise others the same .

Édit en juin 2025 : nothing me demande de déposer plainte auprès de la police. C'est du grand n'importe quoi ! C'est au vendeur de s'assurer que la livraison est sécurisée. Surtout N'ACHETEZ PAS CHEZ EUX vous n'aurez aucune sécurité.
Une honte ce SAV ! Ça sera sans doute ma seule commande chez eux et de leur produit. J'ai acheté un nothing 3a pro avec l'offre d'écouteurs gratuits pour toute précommande.
A l'arrivée du colis j'ai déchanté, le colis était défoncé et ouvert par dessous... Avant même de l'ouvrir j'ai eu le pressentiment qu'il y a avait un problème. Effectivement à l'intérieur aucune protection ! Le téléphone et les 2 chargeurs commandés se baladaient complètement dans le colis et aucun écouteurs ! Forcément c'est le plus facile à revendre...
Je contact aussitôt le sav avec photos de l'état du colis et là c'est le début de nothing justement... L'entreprise porte bien son nom car aucune réponse à part une enquête est en cours patientez 20 Jours... Je suis à 2 mois d'attente et je relance régulièrement, je n'ai plus aucune réponse !
Cette entreprise n'est pas sérieuse, déjà aucune protection dans le carton et SAV inexistant.
Un conseil réfléchissez bien avant d'acheter chez eux.

Der Support eine reine Katastrophe. Ich habe ein Nothing Phone 3 pro (nicht bei Nothing direkt gekauft) und, da ich überzeugt war, habe ich mir weitere Produkt gekauft, diesmal direkt von der Nothing Homepage. Hiervon wollte ich 2 Artikel retournieren. Da fing das Problem an. Unterirdische Antwortzeiten, die Rücksendung wird verschleppt, man erhält keine Rücksendeadresse und in der Widerrufsbelehrung ist auch keine Adresse angegeben (meines Wissens so auch nicht korrekt).
Habe die Produkte nun mit Verlust bei Ebay verkauft, eine Rückgabe war einfach nicht möglich!!!
Durch diese bescheidene Erfahrung habe ich mich dann auch entschlossen mein neues Nothing Phone zurückzugeben (wie gesagt über einen anderen Händler bezogen wo das kein Problem ist).

Silly man stood in the dark
Silly man stood behind a door in this dark shop is surprised when somebody tried to gain entry. Then points to the opening times at the bottom of the door which are not in line of sight. Early closing for a Saturday. He could have locked the door if he didn't want to place both of us in this situation. I travelled from Nottingham with the idea of looking at this phone but was met with such hostility I'll stick with Samsung.
Rip off returns process
Awful, unclear and expensive returns process. Was told could try them and return them, but it cost £10 to return a tiny pair of headphones.

I liked the Phone (1) and earbuds are ok but in the end it’s just another phone. The new OS updates are not worth upgrading for a new phone and it feels like they deprioritised the early adopters as far as waiting for new updates are concerned.

I bought a pair of earphones a couple of months ago. Lost the case, contacted the company for replacement. They told me they can't help me. That means I'm left with perfectly fine earbuds I can't use and wasted $150.
Return/refund process is tedious
I received a faulty product. It has taken several weeks to process the refund. Customer support is nice, but it is annoying to spend several days just to email back and forth when I just want a return/refund at this point.

Great company, I've gotten a Nothing Phone (2) Launch Edition set, and it all works perfectly and a issue with the power brick occurred but it was no issue for them and got a replacement quickly, honestly I'd call it the IOS of Android, a great choice.

I ordered the nothing ear, they did not meat expectations. I wanted to return them, the return process is made to be as complex and cumbersome as one can imagine. As cherry on top of the cake I paid 17 euros for the return, clearly done to make you not return it. In no way it's 17 euro to ship this mini package. Pretty sure they are not even complying with European rules here.
