A great place for vehicle rental. Friendly staff. The whole process from booking to collection and return is efficient and easy. I recommend the Isuzu D Max a great car for the Kimberley's.

I had to change car at the last moment. They were very helpful, ready to offer better conditions. The car worked perfectly for the whole 10 days. They also rearranged the shuttle to the airport. Very trustworthy for refunding the deposit.

Fast efficient hire process. We hired a 12 seater mini van and while it looked like it had been in a war zone it never missed a beat and did all we asked of it. Good experience, top marks.

I have been renting from Northside Greenwood for many years and have always found them helpful and professional. I would rate them as follows; (1) Price, 5 of 5 (2) Service' 4.5 of 5 and (3) Friendliness' 4 of 5. Sometimes at Greenwood they are a bit slow to answer the phone when first booking. Overall I am quite pleased and will continue to use Northside !

From the very first contact, all staff took the time to give information as required confidently. professionally and in a very friendly and welcoming manner! Nothing was too hard and all was made to ensure a very pleasant outcome that also produced competitive pricing in the hire of a small moving truck, which I also was able to twice extend the hire timeframe without any undue stress even though was at the last minute. This company is a 5 star across the board and definitely will recommend to all and be using again! Thank you all so very much at NSR!

From the day of booking the car and then picking the car up was fantastic and professional from all the staff.
The car was a GWM and it had very low mileage and was very clean and comfortable.
When I dropped it of they inspected the car and was very happy and professional again.
The prices is very good i would say but the service is waht stood out to me. Thank you i will definitely be back

Used this company for the last 4 years and i keep coming back for there polite nature and excellent service ,nothing is to much trouble for them, extended for extra week so smoothly , the place to rent at good affordabke rates and good cars

They are very price competitive with a good range of cars. The service is excellent. We use them on every visit to WA. No other company can come close with price, quality and efficiency.

Hired 3T moving truck. Truck was crap. Holes in the floor. Lift platform only went up/down, no angle adjust, so permanently on angle so was dangerous with fridge or tall items. Tank was not full when I collected. Not at all like the images on the site.

I was very impressed with the level of service provided by the onsite staff and the condition of the vehicle.

BEFORE RENTING, TRY TO CALL AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE.

NO BODY TAKES THE CALLS.

I rented a Toyota Corolla hybrid with this company.

When the car was picked up it was in a very bad state with many dents and damage to windscreen. I questioned the staff member on the pick up and he confirmed the entire car was photographed, so no problems with going head and renting the car.

One week later returned the car in the exact same condition and was charged $1937 for a windscreen repair.

You will see on the attached pictures both the pickup picture with the damage already present and the return picture with the same damage.

I'm now trying to receive a reimbursement but no one answer the phone and the communication is all on very blunt e-mails.

Rent from someone else.
