On the warmth side, it’s worth mentioning for others reading that a sleeping setup is always a full system, not just the mat on its own. Your tent, sleeping bag, clothing, and even whether you’re using a closed-cell foam mat underneath all play a big role in overall warmth.

A lot of our customers use this setup in much colder conditions without issues, but that usually comes down to being properly kitted out across the board rather than relying on a single piece of gear to do everything.

That said, we really appreciate you sharing your perspective - feedback like this helps give others a clearer picture when choosing their setup.

On the noise, that can sometimes vary slightly depending on the surface underneath or sleeping setup. Using it on a softer base (like a thin layer underneath) can help reduce any sound and make it even more comfortable.

As for shipping, our mats are produced through a specialised outdoor gear facility in China and shipped via our logistics partners to ensure consistent quality and delivery.

We always recommend to pair it with a closed cell mat to further boost the R-value and keep warmer in colder conditions.

Regarding the valves, they’re designed to provide a secure, airtight seal and are tested for durability. That said, we completely understand your point, and you’re fully covered with our 24-month warranty - if anything ever comes up, we’ll make it right.
