I have been a customer for 20+ years and am absolutely satisfied with the service I get. My tank is automatically topped up and my boilers (2) are serviced each year. I don't have to do anything and even my payments are automatic, I can fully recommend Northern Energy.

We always have a great service from Northern Energy. Emails to let us know when the delivery is coming and can phone to cancel if not needed. We wasn't in this time when it was delivered, but this isn't a problem and like that we usually have the same person making the delivery.

Northern Energy is REAL
Northern Energy is the best energy supplier company we've ever came across. What makes them better than other companies? They not only use a fancy marketing line about family-run business, care and going the extra mile... BUT they work and act on those values.
Call me old school but my experience that most companies treat you like you're just an account number and you need to be an accountant or a lawyer to understand anything they say.
Dealing with Northern Energy is refreshing and real, they listen and respond with explanation or quick action. Great communication flow, friendly attitude and professional work!
Special thank to Stephen McDermott, Kim Harris, Sarah Bond and certainly the delivery colleague!
Best wishes from the Toth Family
