I’ve been really impressed with Nooroots Ashwagandha Lion’s Mane. It’s helped with mental focus and overall wellbeing, and the 120 capsules last a long time, which is great value. Definitely worth trying if you want support for both mind and body.

I am reviewing after doing the trial. Good product. I had no side effects. I found taking it in the evening worked the best for me as it did help with sleep.

Product is easy to take and effective. I like the minimal packaging and having two adaptogens together has allowed me to cut down on the products I buy.

So, I was initially a bit skeptical, however aside from feeling in general very well, and energetic, and able to cope with alot of new changes in my life - I went back to my parents home and played the piano for the first time in half a year, and I was brilliant. I've been taking nooroots for quite awhile now and ive really noticed a difference, I feel calmer and able to concentrate better but the real bonus for me is that it has improved my sleep, I dont wake up no where near as much during the night.
