Very poor service; Calls were not answered even diversion was setup. On query standard reply saying we have setup everything on our end. If it was all setup on your end why were calls not answered. Also taken payment from my account and telling me have to give months notice even the service was not provided. They are good in defending and taking money from your account. But actual service forget it

With other company calls are answered and i get email and text with who called brief message and number.

I cancelled my contract in December 2018 due to incoming calls not being answered and moved to a reputable company. No missed calls have still been deducting the monthly subscription without my knowledge until a few weeks ago, I have called them three times followed up by emails to refund my unauthorised payments with zero response.

In response to your reply I emailed you on the 9th April at 8:01 am and 13th April at 5:11 pm, I also called three times and spoke to various team members who promised me a return call, due to your lack of response and return call I posted the above. I hope this summaries the level of customer service I have received. I have also not received any invoices by email for the past 29 months.

I have not received any messages from you, in any event this is not possible when I changed the call divert number to Allday PA back in December 2018. I assume you do not wish to refund me even though you accept receiving my email notice to cancel in November 2018?

Charge for calls that should be blocked and do not refund when queried. Management hide behind call-takers and do not return calls. VERY POOR SERVICE

Value for money without a doubt

Having used various answering services for many years, we decided to try the Standard, paid package with £15 setup fees from NMC - £1 with text message included.

Sadly the website does not inform you that each text message is an additional cost of £0.10. It may not seem like a lot but we left our previous supplier precisely because they started to charge extra for the text messages and this point was brought up while speaking to NMC over the phone before signing up! Not a word was said that they charge over and above the cost shown on the website for the messages. It really boils down to false advertising as the package clearly says that a text message is included.

When we mentioned this cost was not detailed on the website, they said it was mentioned in the online sign-up information. We signed up over the phone and we were not told about this, neither were we sent this information before they took payment of the setup fees. We were promised they would listen to the telephone recording of the sign-up and come back to us and this has not happened.

Another hidden cost that we have so far never come across is that you are not actually charged per message taken like every other supplier we have used. You are charged for every call. So you are leaving yourself wide open to fraud here.

Our first bill was roughly 60% higher than expected compared to the messages we received. When we queried this, we were told that the other callers did not leave a message. Looking through the list of callers which we requested, 50% are listed as anonymous. As a customer, I can therefore not verify who made this call. We requested a list to tell us which of these anonymous calls resulted in a message being left, but this information has also not been provided.

The company could increase its revenues by simply adding false calls that cannot be verified by the customer to every bill. It is unacceptable and does not make us feel as if we are dealing with a trustworthy company.

The day we signed up, we were on the road, which was why it was done on the phone. The request was made to kindly send the number to forward our calls through to a mobile phone, so we could divert as soon as the service was up and running. This was not actioned. We therefore had to deal with our calls that day despite being out and about - fair enough, our mistake for not dealing with it sooner. However, when we returned to the office the day after, there was an email from NMC, sent a mere 2 hours after we signed up to give us the number to divert to. So they had everything set up in half the time they said it would take, but we never received a message to our phone with the requested details and could therefore not use it.

All in all, not a very professional service and certainly not transparent about their charges.

I've been using NoMissedCalls for 4 years now and cannot fault them. I like that the service is pay-as-you-go and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Calls have been picked up and immediately put down. Other calls have gone unanswered after 8 rings.
This is not a business service.
And the company’s response below tells you all you need to know. We were testing the service before switching a line over. If they don’t have the capacity to answer phones at busy times then they shouldn’t be offering the service.

I have been using No Missed Calls for over one month now, and they have been very good. Clients have been impressed, and I think on multiple occasions they have been proactive and think on their feet which is useful in my industry.

I have used them for both call answering, and live chat, and I would say they offer great value for money and a professional service.

Most of the time the service is Average to Good but we can't give 4 stars for Great.

We have given 3 stars because every now and again we have complaints that the calls aren't answered at all - the calls just ring out. This leaves us feeling a little uneasy as to whether all the calls are being answered. When this happens we are told that the line is checked and is working correctly so there is not a satisfactory reason why calls are not being answered. We wonder if the people employed to answer the phone are working from home in which case they are unsupervised, or whether they are all based in one central office. At any rate, not having all calls answered is concerning.

Sometimes the names of the callers are not taken down accurately so it can be a guessing game to discover who called.

In order to have a list of all the numbers who called your line at the end of the month, you are charged extra.

At the end of the day this service is probably better than using an answerphone, but the issue is that the people taking the call don't know your business, and the people calling expect the person answering the call to be an employee of yours, and to be able to answer basic queries.

At the end of the day it is a reasonably priced service without the frills.
