I have very thin ankles and this boot is for me.
It is so comfortable and true to size . I can’t say how much I love this boot. I wil be ordering the burgundy patent leather for the fall. Treat yourself…you won’t be disappointed !

These are some of the most beautiful shoes I’ve ever owned. I could wear them all day and they are stunning. Customer service was fabulous. We did get hung up in the ever changing tariff $\#!, as I live in Trumpland.

I ordered my boots on the 2nd of September and still have not received them. According to fedex tracking they have been in Memphis Tennessee since Friday the 18th of September. There’s no estimated delivery date.

Une des chaussures était tachée j’ai dû enlever les taches avec de l’eau. Un peu étonnant au regard du prix.

Horrible experience. Shoes are wonderful but the french team cannot get it together and I am involved on a long back and forth with FEDEX because Nomasei refuses to take care of the documentation required by customs for the US to receive the items. This is the second time this happens and the french team remains silent and y helpful. Very frustrating.

The order process and delivery was simple.The boots are made with great quality. The suede is gorgeous and soft. They fit really well. I can’t wait to keep wearing them more and more now that fall has arrived.

J ai acheté 2 paires! Elles sont vraiment confortables. Pas évident avec un talon. Elles sont remarquées par mes amies. De plus le système de paiement en plusieurs fois est simple. Vraiment top… j attends un peu mais je vise une 3e paire!

Still waiting for my shoes they were supposed to arrive two days but I think stuck in customs?

I just received a response to the review i put that is simply NOT TRUE. (SEE ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW)
The problem is NOT resolved since I HAVE NOT received my money back and there is NO NEW pair of shoes i have bought from Nomasei to enjoy. I am speechless with what this brand is doing.

I have been a Nomasei customer for years, and the brand—which started out with such care and respect for its work and its customers—has gradually turned into a money-making machine rife with fraud.
My experience isn't an isolated incident; I’ve come across many posts from people complaining about how this elitist, multi-million-dollar industry has also scammed and robbed them.

This time, it happened to me, too.
I bought a pair of boots. Received the wrong pair. I returned the product and agreed to have the balance put onto a store gift card. I then bought the boots I originally wanted; I ordered the same pair in two sizes so I could keep the one that fit best. I used my gift card and paid the remaining balance with my credit card. I returned the smaller size within the allowed 14-day window—this particular pair of boots was not a non-refundable item. Almost two months and more than 11 emails asking them for my refund, I received an email from the store informing me that they would not be refunding the purchase price for the returned boots; instead, they had decided to put that money onto a gift card. pay attention to this, THEY HAVE DECIDED what to do with my money.
In other words, the store decides what happens to your money, not you.
I wrote to them again, but they never replied.
but this is not it, the so called gift card I was given doesn't exist; it isn't activated,
Nomasei kept my money—and the money of many other people like me.
In October they’re heading to New York for a pop-up show, likely thinking they can get away with the same behavior there as they do in France.
I have decided to copy this post across all platforms frequented by the many New Yorkers who buy from this brand.
The designs may be lovely, but integrity and transparency are values ​​we must uphold.
What a shameful brand!

The item still has not arrived! US Customs requires certain information which was not provided on the paperwork. I received a call from Fedex asking "what kinds of leather" are in the shoes before they can be released.

J’aime beaucoup toute la collection et je pouvais j’achèterais tout. J’aime la qualité et les modèles proposés. Le personnel est super sympa et l’accueil dans le showroom toujours agréable !

These shoes walk the line between super classy and unique. I would order in every color/style if I could!
