It was a pleasure to travel and be part of this adventure. The staff was nice and knowledgeable of the places that we visited. Amazing trip to Casablanca, Valparaíso and Viña.

Me lo han puesto muy pero que muy fácil. Ha sido como sentarse en la mesa de una agencia y organizar los planes en función de los destinos que quería conocer. Todas las excursiones han resultado fantásticas.

Buena experiencia con Denomades y las agencias de turismo, todo ordenado, lo único es a veces no era tan automatico que te llamaran pero del resto todo ok.

My experience with Denomades on the trip to Salar de Uyuni was absolutely extraordinary from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized, punctual, and safe, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the breathtaking beauty of the Bolivian salt flats.

What truly made the trip unforgettable was our amazing guide, Heraclio. His deep knowledge of the region, attention to detail, and genuine passion for sharing the magic of Uyuni made all the difference. Heraclio was not only professional and responsible, but also incredibly kind, approachable, and fun. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group was comfortable, informed, and enjoying every moment.

From watching the stunning sunrise over the salt flats to exploring surreal landscapes like the train graveyard and the colorful lagoons, every moment was magical—and much of that was thanks to Heraclio’s expert guidance and positive energy. He also made sure we captured the best photos and created memories that will last a lifetime.

I highly recommend Denomades for anyone considering a visit to Uyuni, and if you’re lucky enough to get Heraclio as your guide, you’re in for a truly exceptional adventure.

Realicé 2 tours con la agencia "Base torres de paine " y "navegación glaciares Serrano y Balmaceda" .Muy buena experiencia desde la reserva online y tours realizados ,muy recomendable.

The confirmation said pick up my hotel. They called at the pick up time to say pick up at the office. I missed the tour.

Todo con Denomades, de principio a fin fue muy fácil. Compré una experiencia de 5 días en Puerto Natales y desde que quería hacer el pago me ayudaron con mis dudas. Para hacer cambios igualmente la respuesta fue inmediata. Los costos son mejores que con los mismos operadores. Los operadores con los que trabajan en sí super profesionales, atentos, serviciales, conocedores. Todo de mi experiencia fue perfecto. Una agencia 100% recomendable.

In October 2024, we decided to book our excursion to Uyuni, Bolivia, through Denómades, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. Despite filing two complaints with the local agent in Uyuni and making several attempts to contact Denómades, we received no response. Here's a summary of our complaint:

Disappointing, unhygienic, and uncomfortable accommodation: The assigned room was completely unsuitable. It smelled of mold, was damp, and in poor condition. The beds were not clean, and the shower was in a deplorable state. Additionally, there was insufficient heating despite the cold outside temperatures.

Poor lighting and disturbance to rest: After 11:00 PM, there was no electricity, but until that time, constant light came from a window that faced the hallway, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

No hot water: The next morning, there was no hot water for a shower, which only made the discomfort worse.

Inappropriate room: It appeared that the room assigned to us was originally meant for staff and was absolutely unsuitable for guests, especially considering the price we paid for the private tour.

Given these circumstances and the negative impact they had on our comfort, we requested a partial refund for both the accommodation and the private excursion. The price we paid was significant, but the quality of the stay was far below the standard promised by Denómades.

It is disappointing that we have not received any response to our complaints. We hope this review will warn future customers of the potential disappointment and encourage Denómades to swiftly address these issues to avoid such practices.

Pésima atención. Imposible pago. Cancelé mis tours con esa empresa y contraté inmediatamente con otra sin el más mínimo problema.
