Never rent from them
Never rent from them, more than 3 months to return a deposit of 22,000 which is 5 times the total rent, and then they deducted 2,000TL as a service fee.

During my visit to Istanbul between 5–18 August 2025, I rented a car from NoktAutos through VIP website. I paid a total of EUR 1,586 for the rental and an additional EUR 1,100 as a security deposit.
Although I returned the vehicle in a good condition and with a valid UNLIMITED MILEAGE contract, the company refused to refund my deposit. Instead, they issued an unjustified invoice and claimed additional charges without legal basis. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company, my deposit has not been refunded.
I kept in contacting company via email and whats up, but no feed back or acknowledgement, they completely ignoring me.
This is the worst rental car company I ever met in my life.

This is the worst company I’ve ever rented a car from.
I booked a car with Noktatous in Casablanca for one week, and the whole experience was disappointing. First, the car pickup was supposed to be at the airport, but the location turned out to be miles away. I had specifically paid extra to avoid this kind of hassle, so it was very frustrating.
When I finally got the car, it wasn’t the model I booked, though it was fairly new and in decent condition. The staff service was just okay – not great, not friendly.
The biggest issue came when I returned the car. Even though I had asked someone to clean it two days before, the staff said it was dirty inside and demanded an additional £80 cleaning fee. I explained that when you rent a car for a whole week with a family, some normal use is expected — that’s what you’re paying for in the first place. But they insisted. To avoid being charged unfairly, I had to waste more time and money driving miles away to get it cleaned again before returning it.
Overall, I would never use Noktatous again. Poor service, hidden hassles, and unfair charges – I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Avoid! A scam: our 6-hour car rental nightmare with Nokt Autos in Casablanca Morocco.
We booked a 2-month rental through CarJet with Nokt Autos, starting Aug 4 at 10:30 AM from Casablanca Airport. What followed was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had:
No one showed up at pickup time. After 2 hours of waiting and multiple calls to different international numbers, a driver finally arrived 3½ hours late and took us 7 km away to an off-site office we hadn’t been told about. We then waited another hour before check-in.
They claimed our MasterCard (used for booking) wasn’t valid, then eventually accepted it. The deposit was suddenly 15,000 MAD (€1,400+), though the voucher only mentioned €1,100 in tiny print. When we agreed to pay the €1,100 deposit, their payment terminal processed €900 without issue but refused the final €200, showing “Problème de connexion” each time. Our bank confirmed there were no problems with our account.
Instead of allowing us to pay the €200 by cash, transfer, or another card, they insisted the only option was to lower the deposit by €200 if we paid €240 non-refundable — meaning we’d pay €40 more for nothing extra. So instead of €200 that we’d get back as it’s just a deposit, we’d be forced to pay €240 extra that we wouldn’t ever get back.
Even though we were willing and able to pay the full deposit, due to their technical issue and refusal of alternatives, we were forced into this payment.
By then it was 5+ hours later, all other rentals were closed or sold out, so we had no choice but to agree. Magically, our card worked for the €240 plus rental fee.
We finally left 6 hours late, arriving in the middle of the night. The whole process was disorganized, unprofessional, and felt manipulative. We were mistreated and scammed.
Not recommended to book with Nokt Autos.

05.08.2025 tarihinde Nokta Rentacar üzerinden Fiat Egea kiralaması yaptım. Rezervasyonum için 67€ ön ödeme kredi kartımdan çekildi. Ancak aracı teslim almama 2 saat kala, en son aşamada benden 500€ depozito talep edildi ve bu durumu daha önce hiçbir şekilde belirtmediler. İtiraz ettiğimde ise, sanki iptal talebi benden gelmiş gibi "talebiniz doğrultusunda iptal edilmiştir" şeklinde bir mesaj gönderilerek rezervasyonum iptal edildi. Oysa ben kesinlikle böyle bir talepte bulunmadım; bu tamamen gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama oldu. Başka hiçbir firma bu kadar yüksek bir depozito talep etmiyor.
Bu ani iptal nedeniyle, acil olarak çok daha yüksek bir fiyata başka bir araç kiralamak zorunda kaldım ve mağdur edildim. Ayrıca, ödemiş olduğum 67€’luk ücretin de iadesi yapılmadı. Tüm iletişimlerim sadece iptal mesajı ile sonuçlandı, başka hiçbir çözüm sunulmadı. Rezervasyon numaram: 35_90cce64, teslimat yeri ise İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanı’ydı.
Ödediğim kısmi ücretin iadesini, mağduriyetim nedeniyle acil kiraladığım aracın ücretinin karşılanmasını ve resmi bir özür talep ediyorum. Bu süreçteki profesyonellikten uzak yaklaşımınızdan dolayı çok büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadım ve hakkımı sonuna kadar arayacağım.

They left me stranded at Izmir airport with my family of five at 22.30. I have a reservation and voucher, they claim they did not recieve any reservation while I even got an update from a Nokta representative with contact name and number to call, but the guy did not have any cars reserved and he could not help me because the head office was already closed since it was Saturday night and he said we would have a better chance in the morning. We spend the night on the airport seats and called nokta in the morning. The representative said it was Sunday and he could not do anything and he would call back on Monday between 9.30 and 17.00 i am not even exaggerating! How laid back these guys are knowing a family with 3 small kids is stranded while having a reservation number and payment in place! Stay away from these guys! We eventually took a 3 hour busride to our destination, but our short vacation is already ruined! Stay Away from NoktAutos!

This Company never Returns Security Deposit.
Check their google maps review, they never return it. My Deposit is pending since March and they did not return it back. 800 EUROS!

Очень жалею, что не прочитала отзывы о компании Noktautos перед тем, как бронировать автомобиль. Со мной случилось то же, что со многими, мне не вернули залог 800USD. Хотя прошло уже полгода.
Если не считать этого факта, то остальное было хорошо. Вежливые сотрудники. Подача автомобиля в аэропорт Стамбула, согласование по пробегу, по оплате, и возврат автомобиля в аэропорту.
Но - потом прошел месяц и залог не вернулся. Потом срок изменился до 45 дней. Потом никто из сотрудников вообще не отвечал на сообщения. Только один менеджер поддерживал со мной связь, но видимо он ничего не решает по возврату депозита. Избегайте эту компанию.

I rented a car from this company on May 2nd, first I had to wait long time that they came to pick me up and I was charged a $1,149 security deposit. They assured me it would be refunded within 30 days after returning the car, but it’s now almost two months with no refund. Despite multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp and email, they’ve been unresponsive. I’ve reported the issue to my bank, which is now following with Turkish banking authorities. I do not recommend this company—avoid them to protect yourself from potential scams.

This rental car company held my deposit for over two months, longer than the 25 working days stated in my original contract. When I inquired, they claimed it was 45 working days and then sent an "updated" contract. They also tried to charge me for over mileage despite my "limitless" mileage agreement through VIPcars, bringing it up multiple times. VIPcars offered little help, stating they are just a broker. I found their practices unethical and their customer service poor.
Unreliable Car Rental Company with Unclear Policies – Beware!
About a month before the holiday, I made a reservation to rent a car from this company. During our conversations, I repeatedly mentioned that I was a foreigner and that I was staying in Turkey with a work permit. However, just one day before my reservation date, I was informed that my booking had been canceled.
The reason given was that my passport did not have an entry-exit stamp within the last six months. However, this requirement was never mentioned to me during the reservation process. I am not in Turkey as a tourist; I have a work permit, a valid driver’s license, and all the necessary legal documents. Despite this, my reservation was canceled under the pretext of an insurance issue.
If you are a foreigner planning to rent a car from this company, I strongly advise you to check whether your passport has an entry-exit stamp from the last six months. Otherwise, you might face unexpected issues at the last moment.
This situation caused me a lot of trouble and ruined my long-awaited holiday. While there are more reliable companies available, working with a company that enforces unclear policies is risky. No matter how affordable it may be, it’s not worth ruining your vacation over such an experience.

Avoid becoming their next victim
Avoid becoming their next victim. They’ll charge you a $350 deposit without informing you upfront, and you’ll never get it back. They’ll also add $70 for a car wash and highway tolls with no explanation. Don’t be misled by their friendliness during the rental process. Once you return the car, they’ll stop responding to you altogether.

We have rent a car from noktautos/ antalya - as known as - turtas company and It was a very bad experience.
We arrived at Antalya airport at the time provided, we were not contacted previous to our arrival and the email for the conformation did not contain any contact info for the company.
Upon arrival there wasn’t anyone at the airport, we exhausted all possible ways to try and get in touch with the name provided by the email. we were travelling with other members of our family and they had booked A car through another company , somehow their representative was successful in getting in touch with them.
A representative of the providing car company came to the airport after two hours delay and picked us up and drove us to their office. We found out that the company in antalya is sub contracted to a company called turtas (tutrash) cars. They had our information but haven’t tried to contact us. The staff were very unfriendly and tried to come up with multiple excuses to justify their colossal mistake. Including claims about delays and parking fees or a police notice, none of which we’ve heard before when we’ve rented cars from other companies.
When our stay was nearing its end i sent them a message conforming our pick-up time and place, to which they replied they are not willing to pick up the car at the airport and that we must drive the car to their office and drop it there and one of the staff would drive us to the airport.
we expressed our disappointment and dissatisfaction with the situation to which they were very rude. And when we did finally drop off the car we were transferred to the airport not according to our agreement with the same car, but rather by a horribly filthy minibus with no child seat for our 2 years old.
Finally i strongly don’t recommend anyone to deal with such an unprofessional company.
