SCAMMERS!
I booked 2 activities with them, one is traverse trip for 999 pounds in 2024, another one is winter ski trip for 499 pounds in 2023. They requires some assessment. I failed first one, however struggled to get any refund, after they promise me to give refund with in 30 days and then another 14 days.. not to mentioned all those days we were waiting for feedback of the assessment. For the second trip, I passed the assessment (again after waiting for ages when 2023 ski season is coming to an end), but they said they need to postpone to trip for 2024 and ask if I’d like to continue or refund (however they are still selling the activity on Instagram and Website). Basically, I think what they are doing is taking money from you to solve their cash-flow problem.
Not to mention the lack of communication during the activity.
I tried to call and email numerous times. They keep pushing at the beginning and then completely ignore my email.
I’m not the only one who experienced this, all my two other friends are experiencing the same thing.
Happy to be challenged on my profile like you did for another one star review (new account that not leaving any comment previously, as I’ve never be so pissed off by any Organization before) , but please just answer directly: if the above review is a FACT?

Had a great weekend doing via ferrata in Italy as part of the adventure teams program and met some great people. Even managed to do a bonus multi pitch 😊 can't wait for the next trip

Had an amazing time mountaineering in the Italian Alps—hiking, scrambling, Via Ferrata—with an excellent guide. Met some wonderful people. Highly recommend!

I recommend it. I've been with them twice. Ice climbing for beginners in spring and mountaineering in autumn. Both of these weekends were great. It was super fun but I learned a lot! They have very good guides. I will go with them again for sure.

Recently used No Boundaries for a via ferrata adventure weekend in Gressoney, northern Italy. Once there the weekend was well organised, guides were excellent and with the activities catered for different t levels so that everyone got maximum benefit and enjoyment. This is a great way to meet new people and learn different activities with top quality guides in a stunning location. Thanks No Boundaries!

Great weekend in Italy. Guide was knowledgeable and Hal from NB was on hand with any queries. The hiking team were full of positivity all weekend and it was a joy to be apart of it.

However, would note that their administration team are far from
Perfect and as such I requested a refund and like so many others, I am still awaiting a refund and haven’t received any updates.

Therefore, this drops my rating from a 5, to a 3.

I have just returned from an epic adventure weekend in Monte Rosa with No Boundaries.

The guides were professional and experienced which added to the overall adventure.

Many new friends made and mountaineering skills definitely enhanced.

Very excited to book my next adventure with them soon!

What an incredibile experience I had with No Boundaries! Was part of the tester event in Italy last week.. completely speechless. Great organization, friendly environment and just what I was expecting from this trip. 100% reccomend! Hands up to the mountain guides.. very well prepared and supportive. Grazie!!!

Recently got back from the Adventure Teams assessment in the Italian Alps. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic!

Prior to the trip, we had some communication issues that caused some stress with travel however, that was soon resolved when actually in Italy.

On arriving at Geneva airport we had quite a hold up as we were being transferred on a coach with another flight that had been delayed but we had clear communication and updates from the company via WhatsApp.

Whether we were hiking, stepping over crevasses or enjoying the views at the mountain refuge, the team at No Boundaries made us feel safe and comfortable through their well picked mountain guides and them themselves being cheery and welcoming always happy to have a chat with you!

I would most definitely recommend No Boundaries as my experience has been positive apart from the occasional lack of communication a few weeks before we set off.

Had a great time on the adventure teams assessment weekend!

Enjoyed a great group hike in the Italian Alps this weekend! No Boundaries found us a beautiful accomodation in Gressoney as well as in the mountains, with breath-taking views and plenty professional guides to accomodate our large group. Would go again and am looking forward to a next trip with them.

Worst company I've ever had the displeasure to encounter.
14 day pre-adventure summary never came, so I reached out to them to which they responded they "were having trouble with their partners, they are not ready for clients". I soon found out that this was their favourite excuse to use for any and all bad organisation on their part - likely the excuse they will use on you too. Not something you want to find out 10 days before your trip. In the following 9 days leading up to my flight they did not once apologise, despite me pointing out that they have not at all apologised for the disruption to my trip and for not letting me know until I reached out. Any time I asked for clarity of what's happening in an email they call you so as to not have to respond to all your questions and only give you some spiel of how they will get back to you with the info, which they then don't do.
Here's a list of all the ways they are terrible:
-no communication
-no apology
-hotel name was confirmed 2 days before departure, but when we arrived they stuck me in an airbnb with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, with 2 males who were also solo travellers (SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLERS BEWARE)
-breakfast included was obviously not included in the Airbnb. On the second morning after pointing it out, they paid a whole 5 euros for a coffee and croissant at a local bistro - hardly equivalent to a hotel breakfast before a full day adventure.
-location and sport was changed, the only reason you book the trip.
-their website states they are not ABTA protected and you have no right to complain to an ombudsmen because they are not part of any such regulatory scheme.
I have written this to be a warning for future travellers considering booking with them. The other travellers on my trip were actually messed about even worse having had 3 previous trips cancelled with this "partner" excuse. I'll also point out that as part of their activity tester program where people get their trip free, they are required to post on social media and write reviews of the trip they went on, which should be disclosed but aren't.

Edit: Despite their petty response to my review and attempt to have it removed, Trustpilot has reached out and verified my experience as seen by the verified icon above. So go figure.

Had a fantastic Canyoning week in Liguria, Italy. With a spontaneous Via Ferrata & Coasteering day adventures too thanks to the local guides' flexibility and innovation, we got ourselves a Multisport adventure and a recipe for an unforgettable experience! Never be afraid to ask for what you want, you just might get it 😜

I went hiking in Sardinia and not only was the island stunningly beautiful, but our tour guides thought everything through to the last detail and were a pleasure to be around, as was my small group of hikers. We visited the highest peak, the deepest canyon, plus I even swam under a waterfall on my birthday! The finale was super special too where one of our guides, Francesco, invited us for an evening with his family - where we hand-made pasta, baked our own bread and had an absolute feast! It was truly a magical experience. If you are on the fence - let this be the push you need to JUST GO! 😉

Possible the best value trip I have ever had. Great guides, activities, accommodation and company. Will definitely be taking another trip with them.

Had a fantastic trip hosted by these lovely people. No Boundaries looked after every detail and were available every step of the way.

Another great trip with No Boundaries.

In March, I completed a weekend snowboarding trip with No Boundaries in San Domenico. It was well organised, accommodation was great and our contacts were very responsive (thanks Alessandro!). Only issue which is completely out of No Boundaries control was the snow conditions was sub-optimal.

Would definitely go again.

Fantastic weekend in Trebbia Valley Italy Sport Climbing. I went with my 16 year son and we could not have been looked after any better by Hallam Enrico and Alex. Beautiful unspoilt bit of Italy, great accommodation, weather and food. Couldn't have wished for a better spot for my son's first taste of climbing outdoors. He loved it. Thank you

Cross Country Ski Week in Norway!
I had a wonderful time with No Boundaries during my cross country ski week in Norway. Excellent guides, and a great location made for a truly adventurous and unique experience!

First trip with No Boundaries on the Skiing week in Gressoney, Italy which was really fun.
The accomodation was great, the food was really nice and the skies so blue!
Our guide, Alessandro was amazing with all of us.
