After buying a few homeware bits from Nkuku I made my first big purchase and bought one of their beds for our new house. I appreciate they're a bit spendy but wow are they worth the money. This bed is absolutely beautiful and so, so well made. It was incredibly heavy and quite tedious to build (as a one person job) and it is absolutely top quality. Cannot fault it at all, so pleased. One of my favourite brands out there!

Within 24 hours of ordering my parcels arrived! Love the rug and the runner. Lovely vibrant colours.

The mugs I wanted for my daughter weren't in stock but were described as coming very soon. Nikki emailed me when they were back in stock and they were delivered very quickly.
They are every bit as good as they looked online and my daughter is delighted with them.

Very Poor Customer Service. Plus, the responses on here are provided by a bot.
I ordered three cushion covers with a total price of £108 plus £6 for delivery. I paid the full amount and then afterwards received an email offering me free delivery if I completed the purchase!!
Two days later and no order received. I emailed the company asking what was going on as the parcel hadn't moved and got no response.
I have now made a complaint and, again, had no reply.
I will not be buying from them again and recommend that any potential purchasers shop elsewhere.

I thought the gold glass of diffuser was a bit tacky, not up to your standard! I did want to order your leather chair, on reading reviews I gather it’s not in the lovely tan leather as shown in picture.

The company should be proactive in dealing with the non-delivery of items that were paid for over £1000. Items were meant to be delivered a week ago one chair was delivered the remaining five have yet to be found or dealt with.

Lovely little brass photo frames to be used for craft projects

Had been strung along by another company, trying to obtain some Nkuku bar stools. They were in stock at the supplier, Nkuku with £100 off. Ordered them and they delivered the next day. Not a great service from DPD I have to say, who just chucked the box over the front gate. But great service from Nkuku. Great company!

Customer service and product great. Delivery from inpost was rubbish with no options to change/divert and went back to Nkuku, but Nkuku fixed it by re-ordering changing to DPD - well done and thank you!

I ordered, paid for shipping and the package went to a locker in a shop and not to my address. When I went to the locker the message said it got sent back. If I am paying to have items come to me, why are they going shipping to a locker in a shop a mile away? What did I pay for? If the shipping was free I could understand having to deal with that but I paid for the shipping. Why should I pay to have to go pick something up myself that wasn't even there when I went to get it if I paid for it to be shipped to me? Not a good look...

The wine glasses I ordered were nothing like the online phot, I spoke to customer services and arranged to return them…..the return was completed at the post office on 17 August 2026. Despite emails for an update there has been no refund and it’s now 21 September 2026.
Very poor as others have also commented about the return service.

This was my first time shopping online with Nukuku, unfortunately I had to chase up a refund which took a little longer than their expected time frame, but customer services were very apologetic and helpful and actioned the refund for me immediately.
