This site is a scam website. They sell clothes that are knockoffs of the pictures shown. Then when you try to return, they don’t follow their own policy, then keep the returned junk but don’t refund you. £150 down the drain.

I wouldn't recommend buying from this retailer, I ordered a dress and it didn't arrive in time for a wedding, so decided to not collect the parcel and it stated it returned to the sender. I contacted the customer serivices on numerous occassions to only be told, I wasn't eligible for a refund and that I had to pay for a dress, I had not even seen. Now they have charged me £50 for the dress that I don't even own. If i could it zero stars, I would.

Ordered a dress for a wedding that arrived nothing as advertised. It was very poorly made and rather than a refund they sent me another dress of the same dismal standard with awful packaging. Truly shocking customer service with complete refusal to refund- which was advertised as “stress free”. Fraudulent website that should be avoided at all costs!
Still adamant that my case is not resolved.

If I could give this company Zero I would. Ordered 2 dresses at £64.99 each. The packaging was shocking, had a rip in. The dresses were in the same clear cheap packets that you get from overseas Chinese retailer. Took over 2 wks to arrive. Quality questionable. Requested return next day, took 3 days for them to respond and then I had to send pics !!! They’ve accepted return but at my expense and then want to charge me 20% restocking charge !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!! SHOCKING !!

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star.
The dress i ordered was poorly made, material was cheap and nothing like what they advertised online.
When i asked for return label they asked me to send pictures and then had the cheek to say it looked worn so no refund.
Stay well away from ordering anything from this so called company. Scam.

Stay well clear!! I didn't even want to give this company 1 star. I bought 2 dresses, one arrived with mucky mark on front and other faulty zip. Company refuse to allow me to return. Very dodgy company, stay away, do not purchase anything from them. I really do question the set up of the company.

Same as everyone else. Absolute scam. Poor quality. Asked to return they requested photos and claimed it had been worn. Don't order.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid ordering from this website.
I ordered a dress after seeing the beautiful photos on the website, but when it arrived, the quality was absolutely terrible. The dress looked nothing like the product they advertised. The fabric was cheap, the finish was poor, and it was nowhere near the standard shown in the pictures. Honestly, it wasn't even wearable.
I immediately requested a return. They asked me to send photos of the dress, which I did straight away. After making me wait for two weeks, they came back claiming that the dress "looked worn" and refused to accept the return.
This is completely unacceptable. The dress was never worn—it was only taken out of the packaging and photographed as they requested. Even if I had wanted to wear it, the quality was so poor that I wouldn't have.
BIG scam!

Shocking in every way. Delivery took 10 days, the quality of the dress is terrible, the zip is impossible to pull up and the stitching is all threads hanging out. I’ve contacted them 3 times, twice on email and once via their website to arrange a return and no response. Avoid at all costs!
UPDATE- After 2 weeks of chasing, they came back to me, requested photos of the dress, then said it had been worn so I can’t return it. I didn’t even try it on as the quality is so poor. Clearly a scam.
UPDATE 2- I’ve got a full refund. Anyone having issues returning get ChatGPT to write you an email stating you wish to return the item, and their website says 30 days no questions returns and refunds, also state you will pursue a refund via your credit card company if they don’t comply with their own terms and conditions. I did this and they just refunded the money. Didn’t even want the dress back. Good luck!
