I had a good experience from browsing to delivery. The website was easy, payment felt secure and the clothes arrived exactly as described. The free shipping also made the order feel like better value. I liked how smooth everything was.
I ordered from the spring edit and really liked the selection. The dress felt fresh and the fabric sat nicely. The checkout process was straightforward from start to finish. I also liked that the sale details were easy to understand.
I was buying those Preparation H wipes in bulk off amazon like it was a normal household item lol. It was not a normal household item. Anyway. Venalys changed that.
Do not order from this company. Take your money but don’t send the goods. Didn’t reply to my emails until it got more legal. My bank is now chasing for a refund. Complete scam website
