I am kind of OK with software, but Celia reduces my time spent getting set up by about 500%. She is super efficient and has aspects of the ninZa products implemented that I would probably never understand. I have been "trading" for about 25 years and paid untold thousands of dollars to get absolutely nowhere. At last I am actually making money. Thank you Celia and ninZa. Now my wife and I will be able to travel for a holiday in Vietnam!

My experience with Grace has been outstanding. This company offers innovative trading solutions not offered anywhere else at a reasonable price. More than anything, Grace and the sales staff are highly ethical and you can trust this company to deliver their products and service promptly and professionally. I cant say the same about too many other companies in the trading industry.

I purchased a Ninja trader license in 2009 and since then I have tried at least 5 other vendors and I feel most comfortable with Ninza and their staff. Trading involves stress and risk and whenever I have an issue I can rely on Kim to assist me and deal with my problem in an efficient manner. Grace helped me make the decision to purchase ninza order flow presentation and get it up and running for me within a couple of hours during the holidays. Trading indicators from Ninza.co and sister companies stand out for their ability to customize many aspects to each trader's liking, attractive presentation on the chart and innovativeness in general. I've purchased a number of these over the years that have become part of my daily trading toolset. Over the past few years, I've also benefited from the help of Flora who has become a trusted advisor to me on what indicators best fit my trading style. Flora gives me a heads up to new tools that look like they'll be a good match, develops chart templates and settings for my specific symbols and time periods, and checks in to see how it's going and offers whatever other help I might need to make the best use of the tool. This is personal customer service well over and above anything I've ever experienced from any other company. My latest combination - Auction Axis, Apex Flow Zignal and Quantum Vol Delta has been working great, with Captain Optimus Strong v2 taking trades when the confluence between these three indicators line up. The win rate is very high so far, and this is from yet another template that Flora provided to me. I can say that I'm very happy with both the products I've purchased and the service/help I've received, and look forward to the great new tools and systems that Ninza will produce in the future.

Five stars for Hannah! I was having a lot of trouble getting my Multi Time Frame Indicator installation to set up properly, but Hannah saved the day. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire technical troubleshooting process step-by-step until everything was perfectly resolved. She quickly identified and resolved the technical issues I was experiencing with my indicator installation. Her guidance was clear, professional, and incredibly helpful.

This is a great company, I've purchased many indicators from them. Flora and Hannah always treat me well, and they have something for every trading style. Recently purchased KingDOM which simplies order flow and makes it much easier to use and understand. Their indicators all have exposed ninjascript signals so they work well with automation as well. Grace was the best at giving me online support for Easy Trend and Multi Timeframe Fusion at 3am in the morning I had tried to get support through email and other sources for 2 days . Hannah has a great personality and is very professional in knowing about ninza co indicators and was very helpful in setting up the ATM in the ninjatrader platform for me

I have many NinZaco indicators, but one in particular is indispensable: Deepstack Confluence. With experimenting, it can combine several indicators and several timeframes/bar types to give great signals. For example, EasyTrend with PanaKanal and Superior ADX/DMI is just one of several I find good. Thanks too to NinZaco rep Kimmie H for all her helpful suggestions (without pressure) and assistance with some deals.

I already left a review, but I will have to remark again that support level provided by Grace and the rest of the team is outstanding. With their last product NewHorizon I'm killing them with tons of questions, and with possible added feature and each questions and enquiry is followed up by the team.
It is hard to find other company with this level of customer support after the product is sold.
