My Captain Optimus 2 stopped working and I tried to fix it without luck. Upon notifying Ninza.co, Grace immediately stepped in even when she is supposed to be off and fixed the issue plus went beyond that and adjusted my Pana Kanal and ThunderZilla settings and saved it as a template to get it working again.

Grace Lopez has excellent customer service while remoted into my computer to fix an issue. I have dealt with her for a few years with consistent superb customer service and without any pressure to purchase any new products. Many thanks Grace!

NinZa.co "ATR Ordering" indicator is a game changer because it keeps risk in line and is easy to use. Profit targets and stop exits are automatically set based on your desired risk to reward for profit. The toggle dashboard makes for quick adjustments for $ risk and order entry. NinZa.co hit the ball out of the park on this indicator. Also, the customer service is outstanding!

I've been trading professionally for 20 years and know most of the

discovered ninza.co and automation, I can't look at other indicators.

The ninZa company is legit. They try hard to help retail traders to stay in the trading game, providing good indicators at a fair price. Most important, their customer service is top. I have to Thank you to Kim who helped me to fix an issue using a remote session. Also, Thank you for the help in the past from Hannah, Celia, and Flora. Everybody there are very responsive and helpful.

Their indicators are world class i am into volume based trading and use their volume indicators like volume delta, tickdata microscope, VolCandlez etc and its very useful to get a deep outlook of whats happening internally.

Grace has helped me immesurably in many different ways, from helping me pick the right indicators, to providing me with guidance for setting up my charts and creating the right templates which would be best for my style of trading.
I cannot speak highly enough re Grace and the Ninza Family....she is kind, patient, dedicated and has enormous knowledge about the products that she deals with

Just completed another experience with ninza and staff,
namely Hannah Wu. She was able to correct the issues with my recently purchased indicator system which was mainly my misunderstanding. She corrected my mistakes and back tested the system to confirm it was operating properly and provided additional information and tips on utilizing the system. Very pleased with the product and support.

Ninza doesn’t have the best looking website but their products and support are amazing. No issues with installation and my support has been highly responsive and helpful, especially Celia Andersen. She is the best, make sure you ask for her in the discord.

Excellent Customer support ! Always seek help from Kim and others whenever I need set up or templates. Never had an issue with the staff to assist. The products are for all types of trading.
