I ordered 3 bottles of Dekohair serum paying £159 , after a month of wait I received a bottle of minoxidil . Also they took money from my bank account setting it as re-accruing payment. Please help me to get a refund.

I HAVE GOT EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. IT ARRIVED IN GOOD CONDITION.

I am in New Zealand and their website pretends to also be New Zealand based with an address and phone number.
I bought a wall mounted mirror and 2 months later a desk mounted mirror arrives.
Completely the wrong item
They then ask me to send it back to the USA within 7 days and I have to pay for the postage.
After a few more emails where I offer to take it to their New Zealand address they offer a refund but it never came.

I recently purchased Batana Oil from Ninth Avenue. Prior to buying, I had seen several other vendors offering Batana oil at significantly lower price points. However, after doing some research and reading customer reviews, it seemed that the likelihood of receiving the genuine product at those lower prices was questionable, both in terms of authenticity and delivery reliability.

I decided to purchase 4oz of pure Batana oil from Ninth Avenue for €108.49, and I have absolutely no regrets.

The oil arrived in a small glass jar. Its consistency isn’t smooth when scooping it out; it’s more like small, firm chunks of hardened oil that melt beautifully into your palms when rubbed together. A little truly goes a long way.

The scent is smoky; reminiscent of coffee or smoked palm kernel which reassured me of its authenticity. It’s lightweight, non-greasy, and absorbs well.

The packaging was excellent: securely wrapped, no leaks, no damage.

All in all, both the product and the vendor deserve a 5-star rating.

Lieferung hat in der heutigen Zeit schlichtweg zu lange gedauert. Selbst von China aus... Bezahlvorgang, Preis und Qualität des dann doch noch eingetroffen Produkts allerdings war/ist nicht zu bemängeln 👌🏻 Also alles in allem 1 Stern Abzug für die Lieferzeit. Ansonsten top.

When I ordered the STS toiletry bag I was able to contact them about when it was going to be shipped and their response was pretty much immediate.
The product is great, just as I expected.
