Lack of info, but takes your money!!!
My parent’s came over and applied through ninoapply. Due to covid we knew it’ll be difficult but as the government doesn’t seems to reopen the offices, we decided to asj for a refund and they have to go back to the original country. No reply at all, to non of the emails. On the site lack of information, no contact apart from email. Can’t speak to anyone on the phone, because the only option where a human answers is at the new applications menu. Total fake, total scam! We might take it further as they doesn’t seems to care at all about people’s future and lives.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam; it's practically theft. I gave them £60 to process an online application for a National Insurance Number. They responded that they couldn't process my application because my visa had been granted before I left the US. Despite the fact that they weren't going to provide the service I paid for, nor was there any indication visas had to have originated in the UK, they were quite happy to keep my money. They said they'd requested a mailed application from DWP, but according to the agency, they didn't even do that. They responded to my request for a refund by telling me I didn't have a right to change my mind, even though their refund policy clearly states I can be refunded my money if they change services or conditions or if they have made a mistake (and I'd say the omission of eligibility is a pretty big mistake). So, now, I'm following up with my bank, as this seems like straight-up fraud to me. Do not give these people your money. Just call and get the free application, and avoid the headaches and the feeling of being ripped off.

I was scammed by NINO...
I was scammed by NINO Apply and they have refused refund. Due to their fraudulent behaviour I have contacted Slater and Gordon to join a Group Litigation case.
I recommend anyone experiencing a similar issue also contact Slater and Gordon to join the Group Litigation case against NINO Apply.

I think the majority of the people who…
I think the majority of the people who have been applying have been doing so because they have needed the nino right away well as soon as possible. You have clearly mislead people with hope they will get the document needed in exchange of there hard earned cash. Sad how you have robbed the elderly over a hundred quid. Your all lies nothing else. Anyway I have lost out 85 pounds which I won’t get back because apparently you processed my application on a weekend when your closed which I find hard to believe. I applied for my card on a Friday got email informing me about the delay so I cancelled right away. Then I was told to log my refund and today I have received email stating I am not eligible for a refund as your people started processing my application which is a lie. Anyway if your here to read the reviews you can see many along with mine keep away from this company they are a load of trash.

The phased reopening of the Job Centre's are being closely watched to ensure that all appointments are booked as soon as they are available.

If your trying to apply for NI don’t…
If your trying to apply for NI don’t bother they can not give you an appointment at all they will send an email saying that it’s not possible at the moment. That’s what we all know hence why we call them and pay them a fee in the hope of a earlier date for NI. They can not give you this earlier date
Plus phone handler knows and will lie/ not confirm this!!!

I have left the same review 3x, each time they manage to get it taken down. It feels like they spend more time handling their reputation than doing customer service, throughout this period they haven’t once tried to contact me back.
In March, I applied on behalf of someone I am helping, finally after no customer service support from Nino he got rejected last week because Nino had failed to properly prepare his application.
When i call Nino, I end up in a 30’minute queue for customer service, but I can get through instantly if I am trying to pay for something - this sums up my experience of their support. I am sure they will lobby trustpilot to remove this review, but I’d like to inform them that if they simply contact me then I’d consider removing this review.
After this trauma, my advice is don’t bother using this service when the government offer it for free and with better support

I was desperate for a National Insurance No for job application purposes. I paid 60 pounds to NINOAPPLY on 15 July 2020. I have never received my number. I have asked numerous times for a refund. I have asked them to cancel the transaction. I cannot get an answer when I call. I get a recorded message to say I must email enquiries. I have done so numerous times. My Credit Card Company cannot refund me. I feel desperate. I am a 64 year old lady with limited income. I am leaving the UK on 11 September never to return so do not need the number any longer.

This is Fake, on my bank statement shows ninoapply.co.uk and the website they have is ninoapply.com. THere s NO TERM and Conditions, I have placed order on 1st August for Ni.no £72 and they took it straight away, it s been a month and now when I google it, i see all these people that are in same situation like me.
The only way to get money back is through bank, they won't refund anything and won't send you anything.

This is a total scam, unbelievable how they can even think that this is acceptable in the current times and how this will promote further business for them. If you have a Monzo account and have purchased what they call there "service" then I would advised to flag it for fraud and let them investigate. Everyone who has been affected needs to act on this to stop this from happening it's absolutely disgusting I have no idea how any of the employees can still pick the phone up and steal people's money.
