I think it may be a good system, but after my white glove setup I am lost. The bots are running and working, but I do not know how to configure the system on my own. When I ask for help the response is the same, “it’s all in the setup videos.” I have watched them several times and get lost in these fast paced videos that zig and zag. When I watch the Monday, Tuesday, Thursday live sessions I get the same response to my questions, watch the videos. A detailed step by step written document would work better for my learning style, I was told it was in the works in one of the live sessions, but it’s not available. I will not go live unless I know I’m in control. One person reported he lost $2500 in 3 hours when he went live, I do not want that to happen to me. Help!

tunnel trader is not what you say it is. the drawdowns are way too big. I love Josh and is the reason I bought it, but it's not worth it. it takes 5 trades to make up for 1 losing one. not sure how can I change it for something else.

Friendly and quick service.

Challenges transferring funds due to limited options and incorrect information on website or in application. Webbot chat option does not work. Currently don't really know how the system works because can't really do anything without funding account. Help particularly unhelpful telling me that I have the information needed, despite me repeatedly telling them the exact information that my bank is requesting - so far extremely frustrated. Hoping that things change in the future but right now this is my review after a week of using them.

Brent did a good job on helping me with initial setup. However, I find the various training modules to be only so-so. Instead of 7 minutes for how to backtest strategies make it 15 mins and actually explain key terms. In the optimization session the guy mentioned the importance of shortening the "time to recover" over and over. Why not explain how he interprets that measure? The "use profit target" box isn't checked but the "exit at end of TSL interval" is. I've been trading for 30 years (most recently on TOS, not NT) and I've never used that term so I googled it. Why not explain for 10 seconds what "TSL interval" means? It's really important clearly since that's the trigger to exit a profitable trade. Lots of other times when a certain level of knowledge is assumed when probably 1 in 10 actually know what he's talking about.

If one is not already a NinjaTrader, it 8-10 days to get setup in-order to set up Live data, which is required for the white glove installation. Getting a Trustee in place to trade futures is the biggest part of this delay, having a 5 business day waiting period, which includes account funding wait to clear time. I signed up on Friday night, 7/12. Funds won’t be released from the Trustee to Ninja Trader until Tuesday 7/23. Only then, once Funded, can I connect live data, then white glove. So a good 13 days into my 30 day evaluation period and money back guarantee and I won’t have seen a Bot yet. Given most new members aren’t NinjaTrader clients, why isn’t any of this part of the onboarding discussion. And, what about the 30 day guarantee. The jumpstart session suggested running the bots for 3-5 week before going live. We’ll past the guarantee window. This doesn’t look good to a newbie. Not happy!
