Always pleasant to order from, always getting freebies with my order :) I have used ninja vapes for three years now and they are quick to help if you need it and they have wonderful customer service. If something is out of stock they will phone up and ask what substitutes you’d like or if you’d like a refund which I really appreciate! I order from them every month and I’m always grateful for the 24hr free Royal Mail delivery over £25! Thank you ninja vape - Belle

Dear Matt,
We’re sorry that an item in your order was unavailable and for the inconvenience this caused.
To clarify the timeline:
* *Saturday, 29 August:* You placed your order.
* *Tuesday, 1 September:* Our team reviewed your order on the first working day after the bank holiday weekend. We contacted you about the unavailable item and offered alternatives.
* *Wednesday, 2 September:* Following your request to cancel, we issued a full refund.
We have shared confirmation of the refund and remain available to help if you are having difficulty locating it with your bank.
We understand that receiving a refund does not take away the disappointment of not receiving your order, and we apologise that we couldn’t fulfil it on this occasion.
Best regards,
Team Ninja Vapes

Unfortunately I’ve had a couple of bad experiences lately. I asked for a 6000 summer dream but for some reason I received a blue sour raspberry. I had already placed an order of buy one get one free of this flavour, hence why I specifically asked for summer dream. Fast delivery, but unfortunately I’m not happy yet again with the service.

Hi Brian,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the item you received.
We would like to clarify that our Buy One Get One Free (BOGOF) promotional items are SELECTED AT RANDOM, rather than being fulfilments of specific flavour requests. We understand that this policy may not have been clear enough at the time of your purchase, and we apologize for the disappointment this has caused.
Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously. We are already looking into ways to make our promotional terms and conditions more transparent at the checkout stage to ensure this does not happen again.
We value your custom and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our service.
Best regards,
Team Ninja.
