Thank you for sharing your feedback with us!
We are very sorry to hear that your delivery took longer than expected this time. For certain postcodes, our primary delivery partner restricts the number of battery-containing devices allowed per parcel. Because of this, we sometimes have to opt for alternative couriers or route parcels through different networks, which can unfortunately cause unexpected delays.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience—we are actively working on a better solution to ensure your orders arrive with our usual speed every single time.
We truly appreciate your continued support and custom, and if you ever need help tracking a parcel or have questions about an order, please feel free to reach out to our team directly!
Team Ninja.

I like the cola flavour but it makes noise when I puff I mean other than that it’s cool

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback!
We are glad to hear you enjoy the cola flavour, but we are sorry to hear that crackling or whistling noise is taking away from your experience. A sizzling or popping sound is often just the coil rapidly heating up the e-liquid, but airflow noise can sometimes happen depending on the pod or device airflow settings.
If you ever want help troubleshooting the noise or picking out an alternative device or pod that offers a quieter draw, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team—we'd be more than happy to help get that sorted for you!
We truly appreciate your continued support and custom, and we look forward to serving you again soon.
