Ordered form them and the payment went through I got sent a confirmation email that the order has been and they will ship it and that was the last of it. Tried getting a refund but was ignored, even on their Instagram turns out I'm not the only one who got scammed by them

I ordered the racer jacket for christmas it arrived on the 31st of December, it wasn't like the picture at all it looked like a blouse was poorly made and just wasn't 60 euro worth at all. Now I've been trying to contact them since the moment I saw the package and I have still gotten no response (instagram and mail), but for the refund process to start they need to respond with an address to send the item to. I want my money back.

I received my order and the quality is not what I expected so I wanted to return it. But in order to return it you have to email them for the return etiquette and I’ve emailed them several times and they haven’t responded even ONCE! I want my money back and it’s almost been a month since I received my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BAD QUALITY, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. If you wanna return their awful product expect them to ignore you!

After a week not dispatched and no response to emails, very unimpressed so far. Then a survey asking for a 5 start review when they know the product hasn’t been delivered yet…..:

I have send a few mails and did not get any response about my order.

Still waiting for items to be delivered. No tracking information supplied. No communication. It's been over 20 days and I've sent emails to find out what's going on and I've had no response.

After 2 weeks no indication when the order will be delivered ?
Contacting the webstore is only possible via info@...
As you can expect, no reply on your email.
Hope that they will react within a few days, otherwise will get my money back.

I haven't received my order and emailed the customer service twice. So far no answer and no item. Not a very good experience unfortunately.

I am very sorry to say it, but I absolutely cannot recommend to purchase products from Ninetiesclothing.com. The reason for it is, that it takes extremely long until you will receive your products. Or you will not receive them at all. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 26th of August 2023. Two pairs arrived on the 21st of September. The third pair did not arrived at all until today (2nd of October 2023). So you see how long it takes.

The shoes themselves are good. The size is a bit on the smaller end, but that is just good to know for anybody else who plans to order a pair at Nintiesclothing.com

At first I really thought had gotten scammed.
Nothing after a month, no replies to my emails.

It took nearly 3 months for my order to arrive. There was no communication other than spam asking for a review on a product which would only arrive months later— great.

The product itself is mid. Looks decent, feels a bit cheap, but I frankly do not expect much more when shopping online.

No response to an email and an Instagram dm

At the time of writing this, it has been 2 weeks since i ordered some clothing and still haven’t received a single word regarding delivery or about the order. The designs are cool but unless you want to want a month for it to get delivered do not order from them.

Didnt get my order and they won’t respond back to any of my emails or calls

They have not sent the items that I have purchased, along with not answering any emails about the issue. Though, they continue to send advertisement mails.
Edit: After further research this is definitely a scam. DO NOT BUY.

Very good and comfortable clothing make sure to look at size chart tho to see which size will fit u
