The team at NinePadel are amazing! They’re very responsive (on WhatsApp) and their shipping time is very quick! I ordered a racket from a different supplier which still hadn’t arrived 4 days after the expected delivery window. I got in touch with the team at NinePadel who had the racket sent to me the next day!

The only thing I would say is that they told me on WhatsApp they would give me some complimentary grips with my racket order but these never came with the racket which was a bit disappointing. But I’m thrilled with everything else so 5*s from me!

So my parcel was delayed no fault of Nine Padel guess it just down to Christmas period I guess. Regardless of this when I reached out to there team they was so helpful with rapid responses. I wasn’t a automated conversation it was with a real person which helps so much as it not a generic response highly recommended Nine Padel by far the best service I’ve use so far and have every new rackets available. I’ll be back soon for more goodies

Have been looking around for UK based retailers to buy a Padel racket from (as don’t fancy spending extra on VAT or import fees) and came across ninepadel. Was pleasantly surprised to see that they stock some of the more premium padel rackets around and ordered a Nox racket. Was delivered really speedily (only a few days) and super happy with Padel racket. Will no doubt be purchasing from here again in the near future.

After searching a lot of websites for my first racket, i was struggling to find one that was offering in stock items, and extra information to help me choose . I found the Ninepadel website and thought the racket finder tool was such a help. Gave a good list of personalised rackets. And after some of my own research made it easy to go ahead a buy.
