BEWARE
I placed order on 18/3/22 and was promised delivery by 1/4 or 2/4/22. I did not receive the item. Contacted them but keep getting a standard reply that means nothing. I am HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS that this company is a SHAM BUSINESS. Please BEWARE and DON’T ORDER anything from them or you will be similarly conned. I regret I didn’t check the reviews before ordering.

Seriously this is a scam site, PLEASE BE AWARE!!!
I bought a 23&me kit from them at $253.95 and sent the completed kit back to 23&me in US only to be told they have to invalidate my kit as I purchased from an unauthorized agent.
NineLife should have known better not to sell this kit if they are unauthorized. I sent an email to them for an explanation and a refund. Got an automated acknowledgement from Handelnine in India that they are looking in the matter but have not heard anymore from them since. The phone number given +6531292599 does not work either! I WANT MY REFUND!
I reiterate... this company is a SCAM....DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

I recently ordered something as a gift for someone. Towards the end of the transaction then realized it did not ask me to key in preferred delivery date. I was at the payment page so I thought it is ok, just don't key in the OTP and it won't go through. But it went through without OTP! I immediately checked and realized delivery will be from USA. I didn't expect this cos it is an sg website. So I wrote in to cancel the transaction. Someone did reply (from UK) saying he will refund. I am still waiting but judging from the reviews here, I think my $ is gone. To make things worse, after that transaction, I think my credit card was being compromised cos just this morning, I received sms from bank saying my card has been suspended due to irregular activities. And I saw that there was a charge of $300+ from HK few days ago. And 4 more overseas transactions were put through when I was sleeping. Total sum about S$3K! The bank will investigate further and I really hope they will do something for me. Just wish to alert everyone. Don't be like me. Check the review before making any online purchase in the future. And avoid ninelife!

Like Dean below, I chanced upon NineLife while running a Google search for groceries. To my shock and horror, I discovered an 85g pack of Manora Thai fried shrimp chips, which retails at S$2.80 in local supermarkets, is going for — wait for it — $80.40 on NineLife. And that’s factoring in a supposed “save 40%!” discount advertised by the site.

Daylight robbery or outright scam? You decide.

This company regularly comes up on searches for food items but their prices are not competitive, in fact they are extortionate. And I am sometimes talking 3 x other vendors, for exactly the same product.

If i had a way to filter them from my search results, I would.

I can only think they are middle men that use other vendors prices and hope that a careless buyer will just click. Caveat emptor, buyer beware.
