I ordered a gua sha set in the mid of May-25. Firstly, I did not receive a confirmation of purchase email stating delivery details. After 2 weeks, I decided to follow-up with the store. However, after several follow-ups, I still did not receive my product as of early Jun-25. Neither was the customer service able to provide me with exact timelines like date of dispatch or estimated arrival date.
However, their customer service is good. They did reply back to all my emails. Its just unfortunate that they were not able to resolve my issue.

Very poor customer service. This company shouldn't be allowed…
This company shouldn't be allowed online. I put three different emails up and all the other relevant details plus my phone number. Each time they found either my email or phone number were not valid. Now that I've read all the other reviews l"m very glad l didn't persist. Also l believed that this was an Irish company. It said Ireland. They're a complete joke. Joom are way better to deal with. Of course as with everything coming from China it takes too long. Good riddance to this company called Ninelife!! Never again
