October 11, 2025, I ordered from NineLife Israel.

According to my bank, the amount, 292.99 ILS, was withdrawn the same day.

October 12, I got a confirmation of my order.

October 13, they sent me an email and said my product was out of stock. They suggested an alternative and offered 20% or I could get a refund.

I asked for a refund.

October 14, they said I could either get a 100% refund or a 120% voucher.

I asked for a 100% refund.

Just before midnight the same day, I got a new email from them saying they had requested the refund for me.

October 15, 8 pm, they sent a new email that said: As the product is currently in stock and being processed, the refund request was not approved.

Since then, crickets. No emails, no tracking number, nothing.

I had originally considered ordering from Amazon, but I didn't want them to deal with VAT and taxes so I ordered from NineLife Israel instead. It would only be slightly more expensive than ordering from Amazon and add taxes.

And now I learn by (too late) reading reviews here that VAT and taxes could be added later even when you order from Israel. I can't confirm this, since I haven't received my order.

But I can confirm that I will never again order from NineLife Israel.

The delivery was smooth, without a problem. the product itself was wrapped savely, arriven in best condition

Honesty.your product the same as it writen

Ordering procedure was easy. Slight hiccup for wrong phone nr passed on to your delivery agent. Finally all was well.
Am using the unit. So far all seems well.

When I wrote to NineLife requesting a tracking number that I had inadvertently lost, the immediate Internet response was that my request would be answered within 3 hours. I received the tracking number after two days.
The package sat in DHL in Frankfurt for almost two weeks. I feared I'd never get it, but in the end, it arrived, safe and sound.
